Hotels near Blukids, Lamezia Terme

Sono stata ospite 4 notti con mia figlia Lara in questa bella struttura nel centro di Lamezia Terme, camere nuovissime e confortevoli, pulite e luminose. La nostra host Barbara è stata gentilissima, sia per quanto riguarda gli imprevisti (ho dimenticato la chiave dentro la camera e pur essendo lontana dalla struttura si è precipitata ad aiutarmi) sia per quanto riguarda la colazione. Il secondo giorno di mattina ha accolto le mie richieste e mi ha fatto trovare fette biscottate e sale per la mia colazione salata! Ottima posizione che permette di arrivare a piedi a tutti i servizi.

Beh da cosa cominciare.. Dalla maleducazione della proprietaria, che durante tutto il soggiorno ci ha infastiditi e stalkerizzati. Spiego brevemente. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla, ma nella camera c'era un letto in più ,che a noi non dava fastidio, ma la proprietaria ha detto che le sarebbe servito, le abbiamo detto che poteva venire quando voleva a prenderlo anche subito. Inizialmente disse che non c'era chi avrebbe dovuto prendere il letto ma alle 14:00 quando siamo tornati in albergo abbiamo ricordato la nostra disponibilità a ridare il letto in più, sentendoci rispondere che non le serviva più. Siamo stati in camera fino alle 19'00 poi siamo andati a cena in un paese vicino... appena arrivati abbiamo cominciato a ricevere mille telefonate dalla signora che ci spiegava che stava andando in camera a prendere questo letto, al che abbiamo risposto che non poteva in quanto non eravamo in camera e dentro si trovavano i nostri due cagnolini e quindi di pazientare che quando tornavamo le avremmo aperto noi la stanza per poter prendere il necessario. Da qui ha cominciato a urlare, offendere e attaccarci il telefono in faccia dicendo che le avevamo requisito una camera e che tanto lei sarebbe entrata ugualmente e che avrebbe chiamato i carabinieri.Ho dovuto ricordare alla signora che i carabinieri li avrei chiamati io se fosse entrata senza il mio permesso,dato che in camera c erano i miei effetti personali e quindi era reato penale ....Lascio immaginare il nostro stato d'animo per tutta la cena. Da dimenticare.. .! Al rientro in hotel ho detto alla signora che le avrei lasciato il letto aggiuntivo sul pianerottolo,e lei urlando a squarciagola (ore 23,30 più o meno) mi ha detto”PRIMA MI DEVI CHIEDERE SCUSA MALEDUCATO!!”😱 Ha anche finto di non avere una seconda chiave della stanza, perché non voleva che nelle ore di punta lasciassimo l'aria condizionata accesa ai nostri cagnolini.considerando che l hotel si dice ”per friendly”!ma la signora asseriva che l aria condizionata per i cani ( ad agosto) non vale la pena!! La colazione con cornetti duri cotti la sera prima(sentivo l odore della cottura alle 23 e sono uno chef) e il caldo soffocante in sala colazioni,alla richiesta di accendere l aria ha storto il muso,bisbigliando in calabrese il disappunto!! A QUESTO PUNTO FATE VOI LE VOSTRE CONCLUSIONI....

Genuine review that has been written across a few days whilst being here... Arrived approx 11am to A-Z desks in the car park for wristbands and a map, then had to queue again to check in at reception. (Use the app to pre fill in details) Pretty chaotic with 3 or 4 full coaches of people. Suitcases everywhere and whisked away so remember to take out valuables and what you need as rooms are not ready for 3/4 hours. Very hot when we arrived, even shorts and tshirt were too much to wear. Finally got into our room for a shower and change of clothes about 3.30pm. Block 4, 3rd floor, no lift working and someone stuck inside first day. Just grateful our suitcases were waiting in the room as promised already. The lift took a few days to get fixed but was still intermittent often just breaking down. On our 5th day we actually got stuck in the lift ourselves. Luckily I managed to work out how to unclip the door and release us. The door was heavy and hurt our arms as it automatically shut again. We had rung the alarm whilst I was working out how to get out, and someone came however the staff member did not even ask if we were OK, didn't make eye contact or even acknowledge that I had released the door. She was just stood looking at her phone. We reported this to reception and their response was ”oh it happens all the time”. Absolutely no concern for our welfare. The lift issue also resulted in when we left, having to carry 4 suitcases down 3 blocks of stairs as despite their promises to help us, the phone in the room didn't work and no one arrived. Food is good but repetitive. Deserts however are non existent, you get a choice of 2 cakes or ice cream. Adults only part of the Magico restaurant is well sign posted but is often ignored with family's again and again sitting there with kids so what is the point?! We only saw 1 waiter ask a family to leave once which was frustrating. Trattoria had the best staff and service. Trattoria restaurant good, Flavour restaurant is just some tables and chairs set outside next to the kids disco... Not at all romantic or nice to be bombarded with wasps, mosquitos and bugs whilst trying to eat with Again, super loud music. In all seriousness, bring ear defenders for the younger kids because Manchester Arena would be proud of their sound systems! A lot of the waiters don't acknowledge you or make eye contact. Even when you say thank you. Others will walk round pretending to be busy but ignoring plates that need moving or will only take 1 at a time. In Magico, we witnessed a restaurant manager making one of the staff cry and he knew we'd seen and tried to cover it by coming to speak to us by saying enjoy your meal, however wasn't genuinely interested. He then stormed off. Drinks machines are questionable and pool bar self service is covered in wasps so not accessible. There needs to be daily checks to ensure the syrup and soda are working properly and taste right. Entertainment is far too loud... I like
