ตัวโรงแรมออกแบบสวย ห้องพักก็โอเคแต่ก็แอบผิดหวังเล็กๆสำหรับราคาเกือบพัน เพราะมีหลายที่ที่เคยไปนอนแล้วราคาถูกกว่าแต่คุณภาพดีกว่า
เรื่องอาหารเช้าก็โอเคแต่ที่นั่งจัดสรรให้มีน้อยไปหน่อยเมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนห้องและแขกแต่ละวัน ทำให้ต้องกลับขึ้นไปรอเวลาบนห้องละค่อยลงมาตอนเกือบจะหมดเวลาอาหารเช้า (9โมง)
เรื่องการบริการนี่จริงๆไม่อยากจะพูด แต่เห็นมีคอมเมนต์นึงพูดแล้วตรงใจเรามากอย่างนึงคือเวลาเราลงมาทานอาหารเข้าจะมีพนักงานคุยกับแม่บ้านกันเองเสียงดังเหมือนไม่มีแขกนั่งอยู่ตรงนั้น เลยคิดในใจถ้าจะระบายเรื่องงาน บ่นเรื่องงาน ควรจะไปคุยนอกรอบที่อื่นนะที่ไม่ใช่บริเวณที่มีแขกอยู่กัน มันจะยิ่งทำให้โรงแรมดูลดราคาลงมา
การบริการหน้าฟร้อนยังไม่ค่อยมี service mind เท่าไร แต่ก็เข้าใจได้เพราะตอนที่เช็คอินจะเป็นฟร้อนผู้ชาย อาจจะไม่ได้ยิ้มต้อนรับมากมาย แต่ก็ตอบคำถามได้ตลอด ก็โอเค แต่ฟร้อนผู้หญิงคนนึงเนี่ยที่คุยเสียงดังกับแม่บ้านไมีมี service mind เลย เหมือนรับคนแถวบ้านมาทำ ซึ่งมันมีคนที่บริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส เต็มใจทำงานบริการอีกเยอะครับ

ห้องดีสะอาดแอร์เย็นเตียงนุ่มโดยรวมคือทุกอย่างดีหมดค่ะ ยกเว้นพนักงานและอาหารเช้าที่ควรปรับปรุงหน่อย พนักงานหน้าตาไม่ยิ้มแย้มเหมือนไม่ค่อยเต็มใจบริการ ข้าวต้มหมูควรเพิ่มเนื้อหมูหน่อยค่ะ ลงไปทานตอน 8.30 น. แทบไม่เห็นหมูเลยบอกพนักงานช่วยเติมก็ทำหน้าไม่ค่อยจะดีเติมที่เหมือนเดิม สรุปก็ได้กินแบบนั้น ตั้งใจตามรีวิวไปพักแอบนอยตรงนี้จริงๆ

We stayed at easy hotel for loy krathong , very convinient placement and staff are Nice and helpfull. Clean rooms and breakfast was included. I would stay here again.
