This place is very quiet nice to stay to relax. My wife loves spas and really enjoyed their whole treatments for me. It was fantastic. Could do some work.

Wat een ervaring! Pure verwennerij van aankomst tot je vertrek. Wij verbleven in de villa. Wat een ruime kamer, in de badkamer een bad en een douche beschikbaar. Telkens als we na het eten 's avonds terugkwamen op de kamer lag de sfeerverlichting aan, en lag er een kleine attentie. Het personeel is ook enorm vriendelijk. Als ik een puntje van kritiek mag geven, dan gaat het niet over het hotel of over het personeel (want dat was allemaal top!!) , maar over de mensen die er logeren. Bijna niemand die een goedendag tegen elkaar zegt. En als je een poging doet, dan kijken de meesten snel wel... Dat vond ik wel wennen, want ben dat totaal niet gewoon. Blijkbaar willen de mensen die hier logeren echt zo weinig sociaal contact met anderen... Een glimlach, een hoofdknikje, een goedendag kosten niets, maar doen zoveel. Maar laat je vooral niet ontmoedigen om eens te gaan logeren daar. Een sublieme ervaring die we misschien maar 1 keer in ons leven gaan meemaken.

You will enjoy a very nice stay in this hotel. All staff is very dedicated, friendly and helps efficiently whenever needed. Our room was located in the main building, it was clean and our only regret was the orientation (rooms 80 to 89 ?) preventing sun rays to enter. There is no balcony. The breakfast is very rich, with bubbles and when the weather allows, you enjoy a view on the hotel beautiful parc. The swimming pool as well as all the wellness facilities are top. If you ask for before you leave (a walk, return trip…) you will receive a complimentary bottle of water. We really recommend !

We had heard many good things about Butte aux Bois but the experience was beyond our expectations. The accommodation was excellent but, above all, the service we received from all personnel (whether at reception, breakfast, the spa or dinner) was simply impeccable. We will definitely be back.

Wat een wondermooie locatie! Even helemaal weg van de dagelijkse beslommeringen, even volledig tot rust komen omgeven door de natuur! We hebben heerlijk gegeten bij Ralf Berendsen en zalig geslapen! Helemaal afschakelen om met volle batterijen weer terug te keren naar de werkelijkheid.

Van bij aanvang word je hier in de watten gelegd. Auto wordt naar de parking gereden, valiezen naar de kamer (upgrade gekregen!) gebracht, wijzelf werden begeleid naar het restaurant Ralf Berendsen voor een sublieme lunch. Stijlvolle, maar geen stijve bediening. Sommelier had perfecte, verrassende wine pairing samengesteld en bediende gul. Top! Heel aangenaam ontbijten op het terras met zicht op de mooi onderhouden tuin. Diner in Le Ciel was ook voor herhaling vatbaar. Ook hier was de bediening heel tegemoetkomend. Ruim binnenzwembad. Mooiste wandeling door bos en hei gemaakt (11.2 km) Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien!

Een prachtige kamer met heerlijk zicht op de betoverende tuin. Niets ontbrak. Vooral dat we er "safe" waren. Het kamermeisje had namelijk onder het bed gekeken om te checken of er geen monsters verborgen zaten. Een kleine geste die niet onopgemerkt gebleven is. :-)

We verbleven hier om de verjaardag van mn vrouw te vieren ( als verrassing) Van aankomst tot vertrek werden we in de watten gelegd. De auto werd geparkeerd aan onze kamer ( villa met balcony) zeker aan te raden. Mijn vrouw werd op meerdere manieren gefeliciteerd voor haar verjaardag, persoonlijk en ook door meerdere kleine attenties. Het personeel is uiterst professioneel en enorm vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving waarin het hotel zich situeert. Geluncht in La Ciel en diner bij Ralf Berendsen na een heerlijke massage in de wellnes. Een arrangement om nooit te vergeten Een dikke proficiat aan het ganse team. Wij doen dit zeker opnieuw
