Address and location: It’s not close to the airport, it still takes five or six minutes to drive. It snowed heavily that day and the hotel suspended the free shuttle service.
Service: The front desk staff are patient and friendly. After the shuttle stopped running, they called a car for me for free and took me to the airport. When someone was making noise upstairs at night, I called the front desk and they helped me deal with it.
Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich and there are quite a lot of hot foods. It is rare in Buf.
Room: Clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is super large. It's just not very soundproof, you can hear the sound of people walking upstairs in the small living room. That day, there was a group of teeagers who were playing a game upstairs. They kept making noise until 11 o'clock. I couldn't bear it anymore and called the front desk. Then it became quiet.

We stayed here for a short night’s sleep before an early flight. It is conveniently located, very clean, and despite our late arrival, the front desk associate was friendly and efficient. We had booked two rooms and the HVAC in one of the rooms was not working when we entered, and they were quick to find us another room. I travel enough to know that problems happen, but the way the hotel responds is the difference in a bad or good experience. The way this issue was handled was excellent. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Having a hard time writing this review as I am on the wifi in the hotel, which is awful. I have been in third-world countries with better Internet access. We have asked for two extra pillows for our family of four, multiple times. Each time we are assured we will get them, to no avail. We received three towels for our family, and cannot get more. The room is tiny, the shower leaks into the floor, the staff are uncaring. Save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere.

Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, great staff. I have stayed here many times and they are now under new management. I don't know if that matters but is seems much cleaner, my room was great, nothing was broken, very clean. Most of the workforce was excellent.

Wow very Clean room our now go to hotel when flying out of Buffalo! Many options at breakfast . A bit noisy if room faces I-90 so ask for room on north side of hotel. Front desk staff could use instructions on removing their box of Captain Crunch that they were snacking on when guests checking in, otherwise room was great.

The room was a bit dated along with the carpet very dirty and smelled like urine. Quite used and did not want to at room to close. Really needs a refresh. Very loud from hall noises. Curtains do not black out the room. Coffee in the lobby was decent. We will not stay here again

Property and service was amazing. Only issue I had with this visit was the folk above us. We were on the second floor in a disabled room (fantastic amenities) unfortunately whom ever was above us was extremely loud. It sounded like someone was jumping off the bed onto the ground every 10 min. It was so loud the divider in our room vibrated. We had to call front desk twice. The first time the folks did not listen, but the second time they seemed to more effective in getting the folks to calm down. Other than that incident your hotel and Danielle (front desk) was fantastic
