Exceptionally good communication throughout from Marta. Location was perfect for exploring Lancaster and the size of the two floor accommodation was fantastic, really spacious. Parking was outside, booked in advance at an extra cost but cheaper than the closest car park. Very clean and modern with all amenities you could need to make your stay a comfy one. The perfect bolthole! Thank you Marta, we will definitely return. 😊

Stylish very modern and in the city centre with shops and restaurants at the door step. The cleanliness is always 10/10. Great stay and great value for money. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped and coffee machine available. I’ve stayed 3 times and have always returned and never been disappointed

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, it was very clean and warm with all the amenities you need. Perfect position to visit the castle and enjoy a day/ night around the town centre

Lovely Apartments I found here, fully self catering and self contained with parking at rear, all which I like but not cheap but not terribly expensive either. I telephoned to make enquiries and a man answered all my queries, thank you, nice. I would use if I return again.

Apartment 3 was excellent with all mod cons. Nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable large bed. Excellent heating system and good shower. Very quiet too. Would recommend as great accommodation at reasonable price. Customer service was good too.

Had a two night stay at these beautiful new apartments in Lancaster. Our apartment was number 3 . Lovely lounge/dining area and kitchen. A mezzanine bedroom overlooks the kitchen below. Well appointed shower room is in the corridor on the ground floor near the entrance . The kitchen has everything 2 people would need . Microwave. Oven ,hob.toaster .kettle.coffee maker . Tea/coffee/sugar. Milk and water in the fridge . Tea towel . Washing up liquid. Dish cloth. Tin foil, iron and ironing board. Lounge area nice comfy sofa and chair . Wide screen tv.. small dining table . Shower room with brill rain shower . Dressing gowns . Lots of towels . Some toiletries . Toilet rolls . Bedroom with large king size bed. Another tv. Dressing table . The apartments are not far from train station. There’s no car parking but there’s a car park round the corner . Shops bars restaurants all close by . Castle round the corner . Highly recommended .

Expensive serviced apartments but beautiful & worth it if want to treat self with allocated parking right outside back, secure units in central city of York, 24 hour telephone helpline answered my questions

The apartment was clean, modern and well laid out. The shower was powerful and the complimentary umbrellas were welcome. The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the castle and Tesco express / restaurants / bars. A 5 min walk to the city centre. My criticisms stem from booking as a family of 3 and feeling very much that the apartment was equipped for 2. We rang and the bedding for the sofa bed was delivered within an hour. The kitchen was well equipped but with 2 of everything. . . 2 glasses, 2 mugs etc but we were a family of 3!
