The best hotel I've ever found✨ A hotel with low prices and best of all, good staff. The supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away. This is the hotel I will definitely use if I come to Kenya again! Thank you for the good memories! !

It is located in a high-end residential area of ​​Nairobi. I rented a room in an apartment where rich locals live. There were some unpleasant things, such as ants in the room and the toilet not flushing due to water outages, but other than that it was very good. I think it can't be helped since it's a high-end apartment. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can cook. There is also a balcony, so you can do your laundry. The owner, Rose, was very kind and went to the supermarket with me. Nairobi is a dangerous city, but this was the only place where I could stay safely. There were many security guards, so it was very safe. I took a taxi for everything except going to the supermarket, but I felt safe when I returned to the accommodation. If you don't mind small things like ants, I recommend you use this place. I think it's a very reliable area in terms of safety.

Great hotel in a great location! The check in process was smooth, the friendly staff fully engaged at the point of service. The two story hotel foyer was wonderfully furnished for an immediate photo shoot! The room was very clean and very spacious! I asked for one at height with a view! Hotel facilities boast: - fitness room (free for guests) - beauty parlour - two restaurants, although only one was open during my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! - rooftop swimming pool,also closed during my stay -a great club bar! There was even a guest laundry room with washing machine and drying area (free for guests) Location is everything and this hotel is just a few minutes walk from a range of other local venues and restaurants, although who wants to stay too local in Naitobi, the city that Hever sleeps?

It's more of an apartment hostel but it's very good. There are multiple beds in one room which gives it a hostel feel. The owner is so incredibly nice but he doesn't really speak English, just Chinese. Hotel is in a good location right between Yaya Mall and Chinatown. Area is safe as it's the Kilimanjaro area and there are guards for the building. When you enter the building tell the main guard you want to go to Elephant Hotel and he contact the boss to come down and get you. The room is very clean and the WiFi is very fast.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my 3 day visit in September 2025. The room was always maintained clean, tide and neat. Nice city views from the 9th floor where I was. Friendly stuff in particular was Zelec in the gym. He was ready to assist on anything and the gym is well equipped to give unforgettable workouts. Hope to come back again on my next visit.

這個五星好評我是自己沒有退房的時候就想做的，在海外跑了十幾個國家，無論是中國人開的民宿酒店還是吃飯的餐廳，這個賓館是我最想給他五星好評的。 其實在海外中國人開的酒店和餐廳形形色色，但是能真正做到讓你感覺賓至如歸發自內心的熱情和友好的，這是我心目中的Top1。 其實最初訂房的時候並沒有多大期待，衹是因為看到它的價格300多雙人房還不錯，然後還含了免費早餐。然後也可以加錢吃午餐和晚餐。 當抵達的時候，因為航班比較晚到酒店已經是凌晨一點了，酒店的負責人那個時間可能已經休息了，但是黑人服務員把他叫起來的時候還是很熱情的給我們接待。 房間客觀地講，如果和國內比的話，其實算不上多好，但是在海外屬於中規中矩的水準衞生也做的不錯。 最最關鍵的是無論是酒店的中方負責人，還是中國廚師，還有所有的工作人員都是那種發自內心的熱情和友好。 而且酒店無論是免費的早餐，還是自費的午餐和晚餐，都是自助的形式，味道做的非常好。而且如果你有需求，也可以單獨做。 這次朱時間不長，短短四天，但是感覺真的很舒服，重要的是這個酒店是有央企背景的酒店，安全性非常好，所以去肯尼亞自由行的朋友們，完全可以作為首選。 圖片都是我自己實拍的，供大家參考。 下一次出差，我也一定會住這裏，再次感受家的温暖！

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel in Nairobi. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was quiet, spacious, and perfect for resting. The location is central and easy to access. Breakfast was enjoyable and satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Located in the downtown area but relatively quiet, close to Yaya shopping center, it is super convenient for dining and currency exchange. Most importantly, it has its own door and yard, is safe, and is affordable!

What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.
