We stayed here for one night as part of a trip biking along the Danube. This is a basic but modern hotel. It doesn't have a lot of ”old world charm” but was comfortable. The room AC did not work particularly well, but the room was quiet and the breakfast was very good. We all laughed because of the way the sink and shower are part of the room, but they work! If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy walk to the center of the town.

Booked this hotel at the time because the review said the view was good and parking was free. We arrived late, and from the moment we got the keys, we always felt the hotel was a bit old and gloomy.
Later I checked, this hotel was first a palace, then a hospital during World War II and World War II. . . It was later converted into a hotel in the 1980s.
It's really a little strange.
However, the wind outside the window during breakfast was good.

Really very clean room with all comforts, exceeded our expectations. The area is very quiet and served with supermarket bars, pharmacies and restaurants. It is 2 steps from the trains and very close 2 bus and streetcar stops that take you to the major areas of interest.

There was a supermarket, a convenience store open on Sundays, and McDonald's nearby, so it was very convenient. The front desk is kind and the rooms are clean. The only issue I have is that the Wi-Fi signal is a little weak.

Hotel is just super !!! I will definitely go back to it !!! I didn't expect even that it was so super !!! Every photo that on the site it corresponds ! from staff to everything at a very good level hotel ! I have seen a lot of hotels there are more to compare but this really was delighted ! Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
