Hampton by Hilton Langfang

I chose the Hilton Garden Inn after comparing several hotels on Ctrip for a trip with my parents to Langfang to see 'Only the Dream of the Red Chamber.' The check-in process went fairly smoothly, and the room facilities and cleanliness were decent. However, we still encountered several issues during our stay. Firstly, the in-room amenity list mentioned a non-slip bath mat, but when I requested it, I was told they only had bath towels to place outside the shower. The hotel didn't provide any anti-slip items for the bathroom. Since I was concerned about my parents' safety during showering, I didn't let them shower on the first day. However, the hotel's housekeeping staff was very responsible and bought non-slip slippers for us the very next day. Secondly, the hairdryer had very weak airflow, making it impossible to dry long hair. I reported this to the hotel, and they assured me they would rectify it as soon as possible. Finally, the hotel's breakfast offered a good variety. However, on the first day, all the salads in the salad bar were served on ice. My parents couldn't eat such cold food early in the morning. When I asked the staff, they initially said there were no room-temperature options. Later, as we were almost done eating, a supervisor came by and said there were room-temperature salads, but they would take a while to prepare. As I was in a hurry to take my parents to the show, I didn't pursue it further. However, for breakfast on the second day, the restaurant specifically prepared room-temperature salads for us, showing a proactive approach to service. I just hope that the issues I've raised will not only benefit our family but also prompt the hotel to pay attention to these service details, improving the experience for future guests as well.

The room was clean and tidy, with a full range of amenities, including wireless phone charging. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was extensive. I was very satisfied.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It's very new, well-equipped, and the rooms are clean and hygienic, with a good amount of space. The bathroom features a three-part separation. Breakfast is plentiful, and the service is great. CCEE.

The room was relatively quiet, the blackout curtains were excellent, and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and patient.

Upon entering, I found the room a bit small. The toilet and shower were in two separate, enclosed spaces, and the sink was open-plan. We, a family of three, stayed for three days and needed to wash clothes. I felt the sink was a bit shallow, causing water to spill out. The service was good; we asked for soap, laundry detergent, and nail clippers, which were delivered by a robot. Kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were picked up at the front desk during check-in. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was also very good; my child enjoyed it immensely. Overall, we were very, very satisfied!

Always a fan of Hampton by Hilton! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the room is spacious with excellent, high-end facilities. The breakfast is just as varied and delicious, and the service is great. Plus, it's conveniently located for getting around.
