As a Platinum member, I received an expected upgrade to a one-bedroom suite. The only advantages were the spacious room and the bathtub. The room windows were incredibly dirty; a single touch left my hand black. There was a strange odor in the room that even the air conditioning struggled to remove. I went for breakfast at 9:30 AM, and although it closed at 10 AM on weekends, there was hardly any food left, and they weren't replenishing it. The staff also seemed out of it; I had to specifically call for the welcome fruit, and it took 40 minutes for it to arrive. This isn't the standard I'd expect for a holiday stay.

It was my first time in Langfang, China. The service provided by the front desk staff, Jason, left a very deep impression on me. The five-star service standard highlighted the fine tradition of hospitality and warmth of the Chinese people. He was also extremely handsome, making my heart flutter. It was a perfect experience. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we got an upgrade for free in a wonderful suite! The room had all the amenities, bathtub included. The breakfast was varied and had a good quality
