Old building but it’s a nice hotel, it’s close to Wanda plaza. There’s lots of restaurants and convenience store nearby. The staff are also friendly. Good place to stay in Langfang:)

Nice stay. The hotel is good. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool is good.

Air conditioning is not working. Constantly 27 degrees in the room. The staff will unlock your window so you can open it, won’t change anything on the heat in the room though. It seems that the staff knows about this issue but is not interested in fixing it. Definitely not worth the self-acclaimed 5-Star rating, what a shame.

It really has a five-star sign, a five-star lobby, and the internal hardware is just like a fast hotel. The interior room decoration is rough, not to mention the hardware. The air conditioner can't cool, the telephone and toilet are all old and worn, the bed and sofa are peeling, not to mention the hygiene, all the furniture and countertops are covered with a layer of dust. The only difference between the parent-child theme room and the ordinary double bed room is that there are some doll cushions related to the little yellow duck, which is a bit like Lego toys, the toiletries have little yellow duck marks, and some drawing paper is posted on the wall. The 1.8-meter big bed is very uncomfortable for two adults and one child. The bed is very soft and not suitable for children to sleep. For convenience, I specially purchased breakfast for about 70 yuan. In the same dining venue, the lunch buffet is only 42/person. Who else but me is the victim? 3. The service is incredible. I called for a quilt at 7 o'clock on the first night, because the only quilt could not sleep for two adults and one child. As a result, I fell asleep at about 10:30, and was woken up by the doorbell to deliver the quilt. The waiter stuffed a quilt core and quilt cover, and told me that she was the only one on the entire floor and she was busy all night, and apologized to me. I paid over 800 yuan a day just to hear the waiter's apology? They couldn't even put the quilt into the quilt cover? 4. The hardware is aging. It was very difficult to open the window, so I asked someone to fix it. The waiter said she could open the window and I could just call her if I needed to open the window. Do I have to call the waiter for even the simplest things? The quick service phone number was not connected at noon one day. I went out to play in the morning and returned to the hotel at noon. The temperature in the room was nearly 30 degrees, and the air conditioner didn't work no matter how hard I tried. The towels were so old that I didn't want to use them, and there were no bathrobes in the room (although I didn't use them at all). The lights in the corridor didn't work. It was said that they couldn't be turned off after they were turned on. The hardware and software couldn't keep up. There are too many aspects that make me unable to complain. I was directly put on the blacklist, nothing to say.

The highest-priced hotel in Langfang is a big disappointment.

Ms. Duan at the front desk provided good service. The rooms were quiet and clean. The hotel was a bit old after a long renovation. Other places were very good. The breakfast was normal.

The hotel is spacious and bright, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and Ms. Xiao Yan makes people feel at home. The hotel room is clean and the stay is very satisfactory. The swimming pool on the fifth floor is very nice and the breakfast is very rich.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for travel, and very cost-effective. We helped to extend the stay in the suite. The manager Catherine provided good service, was warm and hospitable, and made us feel at home. The cleaning lady was also very enthusiastic. We will come again next time
