Century Langkasuka Resort Langkawi Reviews

We booked the place due to the good reviews we saw and the price of the room. We thought it used to be a four point hotel should be not bad. But to our horror, the place is only big and nothing else is there to convince us to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night to try out if the place is worth for us to extend our stay. This place is like an old abandoned complex. Not worth the price paid.. The room smell of cigarettes smoke, the room is big but there is no hot water shower, the room needs serious upgrades. We don't really dare to use anything in the room, even the safe, the closet is not working. The fridge is dirty, the pool is dirty water. The beach is not even a proper beach, not cleaned up for ages. Full of grass, tree branches, trash, the beach is totally abandoned. Upon reaching the room, we feel like leaving. Don't know how we can make it thru the night. There is no restaurant or convenient store near the hotel, really out of no where. The only good point is near the airport. It's quite a bad experience. Did not expect a lot from the breakfast spread as well.. we have to take grab out for our dinner.

Very nice room and big complete with bathtub.. FYI we take the cheapest room ... Amazing large pool with 1.2 m depth, applicable for most. Also got children pool as well. The environment is cozy, near the airport, beside the sea and very near to major attractions in langkawi, less than 10 km for chenang sea, gunung mat chinchang, underwater world. Staffs very helpful and friendly. Will totally come again.

3rd visit, big room, low occupancy peaceful, huge car park, large swimming pool, smooth jazz played at poolside was brilliant, excellent breakfast. Only one disappointment but not hotel's fault, seeing the rubbish washed up on the beach outside the hotel was just heart breaking.

The staff are very kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the view from the pool is amazing.

Beautiful pool and view of beach. Room and rest of hotel basic but clean. Old hotel, previously Sheraton , but now aged.

Large room suitable for families. Nice pool with beutiful sunset view. Local food is too spicy for general Malaysian.

the facilities (gym, kids club ) were run down and not functioning.the place is overall just nice with beautiful infinity pool and kids pool is also superb but it is a shame that we cannot use other facilities. the beach was full of thorns plants and muddy. need to repair the facilities.

Well this hotel isn’t perfect but they really care about their customers. It’s near the airport but about 15 minutes to cenang beach where everything happens(party and all) . The pool is huge and the view is amazing. Also the cook from the from the hotel cook better food than outside I think 😂😂. And the employees are the nicest and most helpful people ever. For those who are too picky you might find the hotel a bit old especially the bathroom design a bit weird but for those who don’t mind it is really worth it. And they have their own beach as well

The beach is good for nothing. You won't experience the comfort of staying in a hotel, resort, or feeling leisure. Don't be misled by the photos. Renovation work is currently underway, so it might be better to visit after they've completed the entire revamp. The only positive item is the swimming pool.

Location is near airport. If your flight is reach airport late， no harm to stay 1 night here as the view and pool also not bad. Room wise also big and worth the price. Staff also nice and friendly. Hotel breakfast is ala cart where you can choose either Asian style or western style, taste acceptable. Nite time can see star over the sky which the view quite nite.. just need take note quite many mosquitoes.

Great location , very near to the airport, rooms are spacious but not maintained, staff is very good helping.

The hotel was so comfortable and clean. Love the swimming pool and the view. Sadly the beach is prohibited because there clay soil in the beach. The breakfast was okey, not so many choice, but the nasi lemak so good🫶🏻 near airport and easy access to other attractive place
