This is a hotel that is not friendly to Chinese people. Be careful. Other hotels do not charge deposits. This one charges 200 Malaysian ringgits. And they will not refund it the next day for various reasons. They will also threaten Chinese tourists to call the police. This is Malaysia. The hotel lobby manager is a tall and strong fat man. He said that they have the final say and the rules are made by him. It's so scary. I'm really afraid of being shot while sleeping in the room. Everyone, pay attention. The swimming pool is not like the picture. I recommend Mercure. It is Chinese-friendly and has good service. Don't step on the thunder. When you go out, you must avoid these dark things

The hotel is down the road and looks shabby, but it's OK after entering. There is a beach where I took my kids to catch crabs at night. There is a small outdoor pool mainly for washing sand. . All five points are for the front desk on the right, who has a good attitude. The one on the left is just xx! The hotel says that check-in is at 15:00, and we obediently stored our luggage and went to eat first. We also got confirmation that we can check in early if the room is ok, so before leaving, I watched the cleaning guy go to our room and finish it before I left. After dinner, the children wanted to sleep, so I went to ask if I could check in, but the front desk on the left was still there and couldn't handle it. The room was not ready. I told her but she didn't listen. Later, I complained to Ctrip and asked the one on the right to handle it, and it was done. I am convinced!

Having your own beach is a plus for being quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The villa is right in front of the beach, and the breakfast restaurant is also there. You can feel good when you wake up. However, the room does not provide drinking water. Although there is filtered water, it is also a problem for families with children. They have to go to the small supermarket every day to carry water. It's quite a distance from Cenang Beach. You need to take a taxi to go out, but it only costs a few dollars.

This is the worst experience among the 8 nights in Malaysia. I have complained to Ctrip. Two adults with a 9-year-old child were told by the front desk that they would be charged an additional child fee. There was no information about the additional fee for children when booking. At 11pm, they knocked on the door and called to harass them to pay the fee. Check-out was very slow. It was the only hotel that required waiting for room inspection before checking out.
