Perfect place for family stay. Near to main town. Close to shops, petrol station and all other attractions. Swimming pools were superb. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was so nice and healthy. My kids love this hotel

Very satisfied with hotel cleanse, all the facilities in good conditions and also the hotel location nice and quite from traffic pollutions. Will book the same hotel for next trip. Near to Pekan Kuah and other interesting places.

Value for money. The room is comfortable and spacious. Very cheap with breakfast for 2.

aircond not working staff not even offer to change room, bathroom need renovation, food breakfast need improvement, suspect bed and pillow is not hygine, get skin infection after check out. but pool is clean and clear. breakfast coffee taste teribble. baby cockroach found in drawer and bathroom.

The floor of the first room was burnt by cigarettes and was so ugly and disgusting so we asked to change room immediately. The second only one chair was burnt by cigarettes so we remove it but it wasn’t clean @ all so it takes me half an hour to clean it before I can sleep because I was so tired of a full day of tourism activities We have been twice to this hotel before and were so happy so that’s why we decided to come here again to finish our journey. In this context we ask to check out the next and it was accepted without loss of money. I am sorry that I can’t recommend this place anymore because of a lack of cleanliness.

Good value for money, near HIG mall. The flush in toilet about to fall of, hotel needs to fix it. Otherwise ok.

Everything good, but washroom not clean

Ok, all on average. Up to the expectation. Good location. Easy access.

We were in this hotel for 20 minutes. We found a lizard and the room smelled like mildew. The staff were very understanding but the agent (whoever trip.com books) refused to refund our 2 day deposit. Find a better hotel with a cancellation policy and avoid the headache.
