The room we got has air-conditioning not working and can hear very loud barking from a pack of dogs. Then we got our room changed but the water heater did not work for the rest of our 4 days stay. The follow up was poor.

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Room is grand, comes with a bathtub , feels like 5 star with reasonable price. rooftop Swimming pool is awesome. Location near the kuah night market. And also not far from ferry terminal and dataran.

We were there for 10 days. The location wasn't ideal because there was a dog kennel and a mosque right next door. This meant that it was often very loud. In general, the hotel is a bit dated. It smells of mold everywhere, probably from the ventilation. It was crazy that we mentioned several times that the room wasn't cleaned and it still stayed that way. Only the towels were changed, the water was refilled and the bed was made. The shower gel was not refilled either, despite asking at reception. The breakfast was more for Asians. Instant coffee wasn't very tasty either, so we rarely went to breakfast.

Transit in Langkawi. The room is quite big. I think this room type is very cost-effective at this price. The facilities are relatively old, but there is no odor. The air conditioner is quite cold. There is a night market opposite the hotel on Saturdays. It is also close to take a taxi to the town for dinner. I will stay here again next time.
