Good day!
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
The location is good, in the city. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance are the Legend Park and the Red Eagle, the pier.
The hotel is declared as a 4-star hotel, but in fact it is a 3-star hotel. Only the room size, the hall and the restaurant with breakfasts on the first floor are worthy of 4 stars.
The hotel needs a general cleaning.
We stayed in room 601, it was renovated, but due to poor service it looks sloppy, although it has a good view of the Menara. The carpets need to be cleaned, the curtains washed, the chair dry-cleaned, the windows washed. On the day of arrival, there were 2 bath towels on our bed, twisted into swans. They were dirty, smelly and had 3 black hairs from someone else. There were no batteries in the safe. A 4-star hotel does not have slippers for guests, and this includes carpeting. For 2 people, 2 bath towels and 1 foot towel. Friends, this is not a 4-star hotel. The refrigerator worked, but did not cool.
A separate shock was the state of the pool and the surrounding area. The preview photo shows the pool, which we fell for. This is complete abandonment. For a huge hotel, 3 sun loungers! We dragged 2 sun loungers away, and the next day they were standing exactly in the same position as we left them. Everything around is in garbage, toilets are dirty, it feels like we are in an abandoned hotel. On the first day, the water in the pool was green - apparently there is no UV sterilizer, but then I don’t know what they did with it (most likely they filled it with new water) - the water became cleaner, but not crystal clear - we risked swimming there. Naturally, no one gives out beach towels there🤣
The restaurant on the terrace is normal, the food is normal, but the tables and chairs need to be changed. There was another restaurant, it had a gorgeous view - completely abandoned, just in terrible condition, but it is not advertised anywhere. It is just sad to look at it. Such gorgeous views from the 13th floor: a pool and a terrace and such a disrepair.
Do a general cleaning, it will make the guests' stay pleasant.
The elevators need to be polished - they look terribly sloppy.
The room cleaning is a separate conversation: it feels like the people are not trained. On the first day, they vacuumed the floors, changed 2 bath towels, added toiletries. On the second day, they did not vacuum the floors, did not change the foot towel, did not add toiletries, and toilet paper too. From that moment on, we lived without toilet paper🤣 . The safe open for display with missing batteries did not bother anyone.
The doors to the room open only after 3 scanning attempts - I think this is how it is set up. The receptionists really helped me out - they changed my money into small bills for a taxi, thanks to them!
And another outrageous thing - they take a 100 ringgit deposit, it's ridiculous, with such rooms!
The hotel is good, but do a general cleaning.
The declared photos do not correspond to reality.
I also want to note that you have a cheap price for accommodation, so I will not give you a low rating, and I turn a blind eye to many things. The hotel is normal for one night, but not suitable for long-term accommodation, unless you change your attitude to the hygienic component.
