From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this hotel falls far below expectations. The staff at the reception seemed uninterested and barely willing to help.
The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Everything felt old and worn out. The pillows were yellowed, and to my shock, I found stains, which looked a lot like blood, on the towels more than once. When I reported this to the reception, they simply said, “The towels will be replaced tomorrow.” Ironically, the next day, I received more towels with stains on them!
If you’re looking for an extremely budget-friendly stay and don’t care much about hygiene, the location is great. But if you value a clean and comfortable stay, steer clear of this hotel!

i had a good staycation there. it is near with cenang beach and the price is much more affordable compared to other hotels.
