A big shout out to the team crews of Ritz carlton, especially Sanjanna for helping me with the check in check out and also for the surprise set up for villa check in for my wife. She and the children were shock when the whole team manage to pull off a surprise for her. And big thank you to Kundang for attending to all my request during our stay. We had a un forgetful experience. The beach, the private pool, the kids club, the programs the team manage to comes uo with, even for kids to be occupied. Its a 5/5 rating for sure. Even my children age 3 and 5 can feel it and told me “ this is the besttt hotel, EVER”

Service: Absolutely excellent. I recommend their hotel tour. The waiter will take you to visit the entire hotel, especially the restaurant and spa. It is really healing to do a spa by the sea while listening to the sound of the sea.
Facilities: Three extra beds for adults, plenty of space, lying in the hotel on a rainy day is a kind of comfort

Ritz is excellent, perfect service, many things to do, the sunset in the hotel restaurant and the cute little monkey on the balcony are also my life moments! Highly recommended

The room is close to the sea, and you can hear the sound of the waves. The whole hotel is like in a tropical rain forest. The breakfast is very rich (Chinese, Western, and local Malaysian dishes are all available). It is cleaned twice a day. Slippers are not provided in the room. If you need them, you can call the front desk. The service is really better than any five-star hotel in China. Squirrels and monkeys can be seen everywhere in the hotel. It is a full eco-hotel. A good place to relax.

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Staffs are very nice, attentive and respond to all our needs. Went to celebrate my partner’s birthday, the staffs helped by preparing surprise for us. The bed is comfortable, food is good, view is superb. Will definitely come back again.

The monkeys are very cute. I stayed for two days and played with them for two days.
