Close to the airport, 8km, about 10-15 minutes drive, grab 15-20 MYR. The hotel is in the northwest of Langkawi. Because it is close to the mountain, it is very easy to encounter two local monkeys in the hotel. The black one is vegetarian and gentle! The gray one gets excited and wild when seeing food, so you need to pay attention to safety. Be careful when you see it grinning.

Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well.
The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of.
There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!

The shuttle bus takes 20 minutes each time, and the longest time I waited was 45 minutes, which really affected my mood. The door lock broke on the last night and I was locked outside for 50 minutes. It was very natural for us to wait outside. After the end, the workers just said sorry symbolically, and no supervisor came to explain the situation. I made an appointment with a Chinese restaurant and cake for my child's birthday, but they got the wrong number of us and forgot the cake. It is really the worst managed Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. No matter how good the hardware is, it really loses points if the details are not done well.
