The surrounding was vwry calm and quite. Suitable for couple or small family to stay. The private beach was nice, but I was afraid to get inyo the water farther because I was worried about our safety, as there were no one at the beach to help if anything happens. Also suitable for family day as it provides a bbq space and also some wide space for family activities. There's a camp site in the area. Overall was ok.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff was very enthusiastic, and it was very quiet. It was a good place to relax, definitely beyond my expectations. The only thing I was a little worried about was that stray dogs appeared from time to time on the beach, and it seemed that the whole town was like this. Although there was no behavior that hurt people, families with children still need to pay attention.

Holiday cabin by the beach. The facilities are simple and clean. There is a large courtyard, which is well maintained, and there is a beach next to it. It is very pleasant to run, and you can also walk to the beach park very close to swim. Connected to the Four Seasons Hotel's private beach. The management staff are very kind. There is parking space in the yard.

A great place for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful view of the water and a beautiful beach. The place is not a party place and that's good. Nearby (90 m.) is a good, inexpensive cafe. You can rent a bike in the neighboring villa.

Amazing property right on the beach. I booked two chalets for two nights for my family. I loved the resort as it had a lovely private beach with its own wooden gazebo. I spent many hours sitting in the gazebo reading my book listening to the sound of the waves. The water pressure in the bathroom was very little and can be improved. It would be lovely to have a mosque in the area to offer prayers and be woken up by the call to prayer. Thankfully the big mosque is only a 2 minute drive away. For breakfast we went to the kapala cafe. Very nice however slightly overpriced with a 5% service charge? (See my review) Also worth a try is the Dewan Thai restaurant. Was cute to see signs on the coconut trees “beware falling coconuts!!!” Lovely resort with a lovely family management.

I stayed hete 3 nights. The manager is friendly and very helpful. As I had booked over 4 months in advance I was allocated the room next to reception which provided a view of the sea through the trees from my porch. My room was clean and of decent size. It included a comfy bed with clean linens, wardrobe, fridge and two tables and three chairs. There was a power point behind the bed but you needed to drag the bed forward to access it which was impractical. I used the power point next to the small work table to recharge my phone and work at the same time. The aircon was fairly silent and worked fine. The TvV worked okay but predominately Malay channels. Finding a movie in english was hit and miss. In comparison, the bathroom was small and compact wet room. One thing I had not encountered before was an on/off switch for the hot water shower which was located outside the bathroom. I discovered this after my first night's cold shower. My bad. Complimentary water refills at reception. There is only one restaurant within walking distance, about a one minute walk. If you have your own transport then that is an advantage otherwise Grab taxi is the way to go. If you are looking for a family friendly place located in a quiet setting with direct access to the beach then this the place for you. Listening to the waves lapping the beach to send you off to sleep is heaven. I certainly enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Staying for 2 nights in this wonderful little homestay, I have 0 expectations before arrival but once I reach it, it’s exactly what I’m looking for. Quiet and peaceful, next to the beach and has everything you needed. The owner was very nice and let me know all the amenities, although the weather is a little rough, it doesn’t affect my holiday mood. The cottage is clean and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning is so powerful that it cools down a hot room in 5 minutes. The shower has hot water and the water pressure is stronger than in my own house. Lol. There’s lots of outdoor seating area in the compound, just be careful that during evening time there are many mosquitoes. There’s a commune kitchen nearby the beach where you can do your cooking. The beach in front is full of rocks, please wear swimming shoes if you plan to jump in, otherwise, you can walk 5 minutes to the nearby beach. During my time, 90% of the beach is totally no people. You can have your own time and no one will disturb you. About restaurants, there’s only very few within walking distance. I’m not driving so I only can walk. One is the further restaurant nearby Four Season where sell Fish and Chips. Hmm, the food portion is a little small with that price, but it has a good view and draft Guinness. The other one is Din’s Cafe, if they are open in the morning I believe I would have all my meals there. Very decent local makan place (restaurant). They serve everything you’ll expect in a Malay restaurant. They also have western food and all kind of beverages other than alcohol. IT’S SO GOOD AND BETTER THAN MANY PLACES IN KL. If you need any groceries, there’s a shop about 1-15 minutes walking distance. They sell EVERYTHING you need. Surely will be back and thanks to the owner for such a wonderful stay!
