Lobby is good. Cleanliness is acceptable. My wife saw a big cockroach in the room. Beach View is not as expected as seen from Tiktok. After check-in, there is no water for a while, but recover in the evening. The pool is on renovation as well. Not recommended to visit for now as the view is not good.

A long time visitor to Bali, but first time at Pelangi - silly me... Firstly, location, location, location - right on the beach in Seminyak. Easy distance to shops and restaurants. Secondly, and more importantly, the staff were exceptional. I stayed over Nyepi, and there was always friendly and helpful service, even though many of them were unable to be with their own families for this sacred celebration. Finally, I had a great room, with a full sized bath, and a view towards the pool and the ocean beyond.
Oh, and the restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, with the amazing ocean view, plus room service was great and quick when needed.
Before I left, after a 10 night stay, I rebooked for 7 months time, and am so looking forward to returning. Thank you for a memorable stay.

All I need to say is… I will 100% be back!
Loved this hotel. Very relaxing and I also felt very safe as a solo traveler. Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, breakfast great. Town is a few steps away; u can actually walk everywhere if u wanted to. I wish I had ventured more in the town though to try more authentic Malaysian cuisines which were also waaay cheaper. Will do that on the next trip.
Some of the comments mentioned it being old etc but I think it captured the beach vibe well; a natural kinda woody feel. Yes, some things can definitely be upgraded, but I wasn’t bothered, and I’m picky.

Spacious, clean and tidy room. I was happily surprised with the provided RITUALS shampoo set, which smells amazing. It was a great experience.
Excellent location which easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.
A complimentary yoga class on Tuesday and Friday was a great experience for me. Wonderful coach!
Front desk service is excellent!
Housekeeping was a bit slow. There was no hairdryer in the room and I had to call for one but it took a long time to deliver. Furthermore, I had to call twice to get it done. The service needs to improve for housekeeping.

Front desk service is excellent, efficient, full of smiles, I couldn't ask for more. However the sea view I got was one that came with two rows of sandbags and iron bridge on a stretch of beach that's without lounge chairs and definitely not suitable for swimming. The chalet's design is pretty old evident from the window lock and balcony door lock. Set dinner at Spice Market was out of this world! Must try! There are two restaurants available for hotel breakfast every morning and you can visit both every day. Housekeeping was really slow, I hope they can increase staff efficiency in this department since they even forgot to include a hair dryer for me in the room and I had to call to ask for one. I hereby include a picture of their hairdryer, I'm surprised a 4 digits per night hotel offers such a tiny hairdryer. I wasn't expecting Dyson but this is just wow. anyway, allow me to repeat, front desk staff was fabulous!

Great Staycation. The location is very good near Cenang Beach and also airport. The facilities also tip top. They are kids friendly resort.

The swimmiing pool is under rennovation, thus we can not utlize it. And, we wonder the annimal farm is still there or not.
In general, service is good, but facility is bit old.

The hotel is conveniently located near Cenang Beach. The hotel facilities are average, the service is good, and the hotel food is great! However, the swimming pool is under maintenance until November.

Love my stay here. Booked for seaview room but my room got blocked by a tree, requesting to change room for pleasant seaview and process are so smooth. Bellboy and receptionist so warm and helpful. Food breakfast are sooooo good love them! Definitely will come again!

It has been great. It has been refurbished but definitely rooms for improvement.. water play ground for kids needed some attention as I see rusted screws protruding which is unsafe.
Service can be better, or else with the similar price, tourist even local tourist can get better deal in Indonesia and Thailand. The hospitality and training must be improved.

Very close to the airport. Clean and nicely maintained resort. Good morning free yoga. And nice breakfast spread. The room was big and nice, overall a great experience!!! Recommend for a short stay
