Comfortable enough stay with two kids, the service is good with request that can be communicated through their online portal.
Only downside is that hotel is far from attractions and have very few food options

The room is not soundproof at all. I could hear customers walking around late at night. It was loud. Breakfast was okay, typical Malaysian style. The only thing is the view is beautiful.

Please dont stay here if you dont have any reasons.
- The location is quite far and isolated.
- The standard rooms are old, smelly and dusty. Need a lot of upgrades.
- The premier rooms (more expensive) are claimed as newly renovated and refurbished, but the rooms we were in - aircond leaking, toilet cover is dirty, overall cleanliness is bad/terrible. The location of the premier rooms are way too far from the main lobby. Like 10 mins walk. When i complained about the room location, one of the staff asked me if i call the hotel before i made the booking? cause he said the standard rooms (cheaper ones) are in the main block and the premier rooms are far from the main block. i was upset that he was still trying to blame me for not calling the hotel prior to coming.
- The buffet breakfast spread are not impressive at all. The spread in 3* hotel in Kuah is so much better.
Overall, i recommend do not stay here unless you have a strong reason like you have an event here. the location, the room, the layouts and the meals are way below the standard.

The room space is sufficient and the facilities are very good! It also has a balcony. Standing on the balcony and watching the sea view and blowing the sea breeze is very comfortable ~ It is the first choice for vacation in Langkawi

Absolutely loved the place…view from the room is just worth visiting next time…only one lift and we had to walk a fair bit to get to the room but again apart from that we loved it

We were soo upset with the resort, all furniture is very old, the towels too💔
The one thing that ai enjoyed was the view it was incredible and the walk area beside the sea and swimming pool it was amazing.
Other than that I wasn’t comfortable.
