As mentioned by our taxi driver, the hotel is one of the best in Langzhong. It is located just next to the entrance and a short 5 minute walk to the Zhang Fei Temple. You can also walk along the Jialing river at night just outside the hotel's entrance. Service was great. Our initial room had some unfinished repair works and the front desk immediately gave us another room. Staff was also accommodative of our constant requests.

It was a wonderful place to stay and there was a great woman called Helen who assisted me with all of my needs, she was incredible, she checked on me daily and made sure that I had everything that I required! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were very quiet and soundproof! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide array of food, the pool was wonderful to swim in and it felt as though the staff really gave the five star treatment! I will definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is amazing. The Jialing River is right at the doorstep of the hotel, and it is next to the ancient city. The hotel also provides Hanfu and makeup. The makeup artist is very attentive and will help you choose clothes. The hotel is really beautiful, with beautiful scenery everywhere that can be photographed. The Hanfu lady at the front desk has an excellent service attitude. The hotel also has ancient and quaint buildings, beautiful gardens, and multiple koi ponds. If I go to Langzhong again, I will choose Jinyuan Hotel again.

The hotel service is very good! The location is very good, and the courtyard environment is very comfortable! The front desk service is very enthusiastic and professional. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast and Chinese food are also very good and taste great!

The room was generally clean, with footprints everywhere on the floor. I didn't take photos due to the reflection. I could clearly see stains on the lamps on the table. The TV was very small, and the roof was triangular. Of course, I chose to live on the third floor, but I was not told that the roof was like this. I only saw it when I fell asleep. When I checked in, I was given a dirty room and moved to this one. I was also told that it was a better room. The front desk service was average, and there was no greeting throughout the whole process. When I checked in and consulted, I took the initiative to say hello to them, but there was no reply at all. When checking in at other hotels of the same level, the front desk staff would take the initiative to say hello, especially when checking in, the staff had a dark face throughout the whole process. The breakfast omelette was cold, and some dishes tasted like they were kept overnight, and the experience was poor. As a native of Langzhong, I hope that improvements can be made so that Langzhong can bring more people a better travel experience.

The hotel has a beautiful landscape, bougainvillea is in full bloom, and there are many beautiful koi in the pool between the buildings. The overall hygiene of the room is good, the bed and washbasin are clean, but I cleaned out three very fine hairs or fibers before using the bathtub. The front desk upgraded us, which was good

The room facilities are too simple, everything is very old. It really needs to be updated. The lighting in the room and corridor is very dim (it feels very damp). Especially in the corridor, it feels like playing in a secret room at night. I don't know if it is designed like this. I looked at the hotel environment online and booked it 2 days in advance during the May Day holiday. It cost more than 1,000 yuan a night, but I was really disappointed. The software facilities, details and services are not up to the value.

The room facilities and bathing facilities are quite old, probably from more than 10 years ago. The TV is very small. Although the price will increase during the May Day holiday, it is really not worth 1,000 yuan per night. There is not even a welcome fruit in the room. There is a small refrigerator that is empty, and there are not even cheap snacks! The shower head of the toiletries is dry and peeling, and the conditioner is empty and can't be pressed. 5.6 yuan per night is the highest, and it is not worth it at all! The price is completely inconsistent with the value it can reflect. It's a pity for its location and environment!

I took my kids to Langzhong Ancient City during the May Day holiday. I don’t know if the room I booked was wrong. What happened? The room I was assigned was too far from the front desk. The facilities in the house were very poor. I couldn’t make a phone call. The phone in the toilet fell off. I don’t know how a five-star hotel can do this. But overall, the hotel is good. Maybe the hotel we were assigned was the earliest, so the facilities are a bit shabby! Although going out to travel affected my mood, the service attitude of the front desk guy was good👍, and the small gift🎁!

The hotel is in a very good location, with a beautiful environment, clean rooms, and an ancient building. There are many attractions around, which can basically be reached on foot. It is highly recommended
