Our stay at Meadow oak has been pleasant and awesome. The Room is very clean and spacious. The Bathroom is top tier with the spa bathtub. The kitchen and dinning area makes it feel like home away from home. Eric goes above and beyond for his guests.

Very comfortable stay, cereal or toast for breakfast help yourself basis. Nice kitchen to use so able to self cater. Very nice room with a comfortable bed and good ensuite. Eric made us very welcome.

Great location,easy 20 minute walk into Bodmin,breakfast as described but adequate for us. Eric, our host, could not have been more hospitable. Really nice freshly decorated bedrooms. Suited us as we wanted a bit of freedom to come and go as we pleased.

Meadow Oak was a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable , towels and bedding included and we were supplied with some milk, bread , butter and cereals even though it was self catering, Eric was very friendly and offered us advice on places to visit and the hot tub was a bonus !

Eric was super helpful and provided plenty of information ahead of the stay. He even went the extra mile to drop me off at the nearby Lanhydrock Golf club where I charged my EV (shout out to Mark from the club too for working the charger!). The parking is a little tricky so needs care especially in the dark but a bonus compared to other b&b with none or only on-street parking. Breakfast was self service but use of the kitchen meant you could cook your own eggs. Eric also offered free use of brand new electric bikes and a hot tub but we didn't have time to make use of it. It would be a big bonus if he could add EV charging to his facilities, we'll come back in the future!
