Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive. Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable. Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside. Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.

Extremely friendly staff at a great hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool was great, the room was large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had so many unique and delicious options, and the spa was definitely worth a visit. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lao Cai for a day or more.

Great hotel at walking distance from the border with China, good restaurant and breakfast. If you want to use the pool consider asking if it is open at the time of your stay, when we arrived it was unfortunately closed. We were looking forward to it and booked here because of the pool, (closed because it was cold season, 25c avergage temp lol, but ok) Other than that perfect.

Good price good location

It is very close to the Hekou port and has complete facilities. The spareribs and wolfberry soup for breakfast are very delicious. The hotel has karaoke and sauna massage to relieve travel fatigue.

Very good environment. After all, it is a relatively new hotel in this city. It will open in 2022 with a 4-star rating. It is best to choose a hotel with a higher floor. I really recommend choosing this hotel in this city.

The front desk staff probably booked the bus to Hanoi using their own mobile phone, and they also coordinated with other staff on the day, so we had a comfortable trip.

The air conditioner is hot and cold, and the room has a strong musty smell. Not recommended.

It is more than 1 kilometer away from the port, but because of the Spring Festival, the surrounding shops are closed and it seems very deserted. The conditions are still worse than domestic hotels of the same level. It is quite satisfactory.

4-star hotel, the room is clean and sanitary, the equipment is a bit old, and the mattress is noisy. The location is good, very close to the river mouth. Breakfast is rich in variety. Overall good.
