We used this place as a stop off while travelling to the south of France on motorbikes. It worked perfect for us. Rooms were clean, but a little on the small side, and a little noisy later at night. Plenty of parking here, and a good selection of restaurants nearby. Don't bother with the beer in the bar though, it wasn't great. If you want to explore the history of Laon though, it's not really walkable.

Un problème avec la Climatisation, bloquée à 17 degrés sans pouvoir modifier.
La facture a été éditée avant de demander à qui il fallait la libeller, ce qui est gênant dans mon cas.

Our personal experience...The room was shocking, there was mould all around skirting boards. It affected my asthma almost instantly. The toilet was badly stained. We spoke to the manager, he just shrugged his shoulders, said they were full and the only solution was for us to find ourselves another hotel.... so we did !!! The one positive I could see was the resteraunt was clean and prices were fair.

La piscine ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel, c'est un autre établissement éloigné. 3 étoiles non mérite, toilette style HLM, mur et sol très mauvais état, pire douche que nous avons eu . Nous avons choisi cette hôtel uniquement pour la piscine couverte, pour une nuit car l'hôtel nous voulions avait disponibilité uniquement le lendemain, d'autres hôtels était disponible bien moins cher et bien meilleure état. J'ai été dans des F1 vraiment meilleur et moins cher. Néanmoins personnel vraiment top rien a dire, sur ce point le meilleur hôtel

The hotel charged me twice for one night stay and are now refusing to refund the money. The group it is part of have no contact number to discuss the problem only email that achieves absolutely nothing. I would be very careful of dealing with this hotel or for that matter any others in the Louvre group.

When booking, we said for medical reasons we requested two extra pillows, on arrival there was only 1 memory foam pillow (which are rubbish anyway), then we asked specifically for an extra pillow, our request fell on deaf ears so had no luck. If we knew they wouldn't supply extra pillows, we wouldn't have booked there. The next day I had such terrible neck pain.
