Everything is good. The air conditioner is too noisy.
Be careful because there are a lot of ants biting.
They don't clean it well either.

Mangrove Place provided allstar service. The room had a nice view of the water. We had all the comforts we needed such as adjustabld air conditioner, and small fridge. A littlle grocery shop was adequate for drinks and snacks and a small restaurant noodle bar had good menu items.
The location placed us within walking distance of an open food court offering Filipino delights. Several fast food restaurants were nearby as well.

Personally, it's far from Mactan New Town and the beach, but if you're just staying for a day or looking for a cost-effective place to stay, I really recommend this place!

I need to clean it well. Come in early in the morning and sleep in the afternoon.
They only clean it for people who leave in the morning.

If you need to check in late or check out early due to a late flight, it is very good because you can stay for a day. It is good value for money.
The location is also good, near Mactan New Town. However, if you check in before 2pm, it costs 100ph per hour.
