We arrived at 1:30 pm at the front desk of the hotel with my American friends. I booked all the hotel rooms, all paid sometime in Oct. ‘24. The front desk told us we had No rooms . I asked why? I dhowed them the confirmation, your e mail to me…all proof. They told me No payment from you was received by the hotel. I said why would that happened? They said they do not know. And told us flatly that they cannot contact you , the responsibility of contacting ang solving our problem is on me. I said, be reasonable. Trip.com whatever it is , is your partner in this. I cannot be the victim of whatevrr stupidity that happened. I m paid thats all. Its good a young man intervened and helped solve the problem. I was so furious i would like to kick the desk.
Sfter a long stand off, finally it was found out that you did not make any payment to JPark.
A company like yours, which does not pay, and hotel like JPark which i feel only think of their interest , the result is a victim like me, innocent yet delayed for hours in our use of the hotel room we paid for in advance. I almost turned violent because of what you did. My American and filipino friends could not believe what they are witnessing and experiencing. They can observe my frustration and embarrassment. Finally at a few minutes before 4:00 pm , we got our room. I will never deal with Trip. Com again and will not visit JPark again.
