Cebu White Sands Resort and Spa Reviews

The hotel was okay and the breakfast nice. But it also was quite costly in the menu and activities. Two of 4 nights the AC in one of the rooms was broken. It’s a good location after arrival in Cebu.

Excellent service, clean place and accommodating staff

Very nice and quiet location

Hotel was good! I’ll say they need to have outlets by the bed for you to charge your phone but other than that everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d probably stay more closer to Cebu City next time but not a bad place if you want to be close to the airport.

The food was actually really good, the water sports activities was available just at the beach, although small the beach was. The beach setting was very nice, just laying on the beach couch sipping on a margarita with my lady was perfect. I only had one issue, the air-conditioner was not very cold but a little cool, I had a difficult time sleeping. Also one of the best thing with the White Sand Resort. One can work out the resort and explore the surrounding communities and it was very safe

This is an old hotel, so the rooms are quite old. We booked a standard room but then had to upgrade it for an additional amount. White Sands staff are amazing, they were always willing to assist us whenever we needed something. The hotel is central and is located right next to the beach. Breakfast was also standard, it could have been better if they catered more for foreigners. Overall we had a good stay.

The experience was great for us

Definitely coming back to this resort. Upon entry at the lobby we were welcomed by very courteous and accommodating staff. Had a bit of a hiccup with our Room but was attended by the staff pronto. White Sands resort was exceptional, food is delightful and overall rating about this resort is 11 out of 10.

Weakness: 1). Smell of the room was bad it seems like someone pee in the room. 2). The beach is not clean to swim. Strengths 1). The pool is great. 2). Supermarket, McDonald, 7-11 and some restaurants are near by. 3). The breakfast is “OK”.

We had so much fun during our stay. The hotel staffs are also very accommodating. Make sure to keep your towels inside the rooms when checking out as there are corresponding fees for lost items. Bringing of food bought outside is also prohibited so if you are to do this, make sure to bring your trash with you and throw it in trash cans outside the hotel. We will go back soon. All the staff were kind. The staff solved my request quickly. The atmosphere of the rooftop restaurant was also great. The night view at the rooftop restaurant was so beautiful. I recommend everyone to have dinner there. (However, it is regrettable that the price of drinks and beer is high.) I'm willing to visit again.

Disappointed that there was no Internet access for the whole period of stay. Even their IT could not fix the problem. They somehow do not think it is their system issues. Keep trying to address the issue through our phone. We are a group of 8 people occupying 4 rooms spread over 3 floors. All not able to access the WiFi. The room are quite old and dated with many defects. Poor maintenance. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

There's no other advantage except ppl are nice. wifi is not only bad connection, there's NO CONNECTION AT ALL Bathroom is a disaster.They have bedtub but water temperature is low, you'll get cold if you take a bath. The other side, shower head have some problems so the mount of water is very small. I'll never consider to stay here anymore.

Celebrating the birthday of my daughter here and the experience was a good OK. We enjoyed the pool and the sea though my kids were looking for slides. We hopped to mundo island for a quick dip then rented there jetski and my kids was enjoying that moment. I personally commended the services, very hospitable and accommodating. Thumbs up to this hotel+resort. I recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
