We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

Certainly! Our trip to Solea Mactan was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. One of the standout features was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the resort. Everywhere we looked, from the rooms to the common areas, was maintained with pristine care, allowing us to relax without any worries. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. They were not only attentive but also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction was commendable and definitely added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Speaking of amenities, Solea Mactan exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of facilities available were impressive. The multiple big pools were a highlight, offering ample space for relaxation and fun. Whether we wanted to unwind by the poolside or take a refreshing swim, there was always a perfect spot to do so. Moreover, the value for money was notable. Considering the high standards of cleanliness, the top-notch service, and the extensive amenities provided, we felt that our experience was worth every penny spent. It's rare to find a place that offers such a well-rounded experience without breaking the bank. In conclusion, our time at Solea Mactan was nothing short of incredible. The combination of cleanliness, exceptional service, a plethora of amenities, and the excellent value for money made our trip an unforgettable one. We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and since it offers a free shuttle starting at 3 am (it leaves on the hour, every hour). The room itself is basic but as described & clean. It was a nice surprise to find the hotel is located really close to a coffee shop, a 7’11 and food options though (on a very busy street).

The affordable and nearest hotel to the Mactan Airport. Just a ride or if you have a light baggage, you may have a walk to the airport. The staff are kind and good, hey even upgraded our room to the next level room type. The facility is fairly good and clean. Though it is not the same with some popular hotels with exceptional amenities. The room that we had have no equipments such as bidet, water heater or even bottles of drinking water. For a quick rest and stay, its good.

First I must say that my GF and I have stayed at about 10 hotels on Lapu-Lapu Island. All budget or mid-range priced. All in the last 6 months. The AOSMEC is the lowest priced of the group. All other hotels were 2 to 3 times the price of AOSMEC. The simple truth is that my one week stay at the AOSMEC was the best!!!. Yes it is a basic Hotel with no frills or a pool. But if that's what you are looking for? This hotel is simply perfect. PROS: WIFI speed is extremely good since every floor as it's own router. The hotel is extremely clean. It simply is irreproachable. You always see someone cleaning morning to night. Cable TV is very good with brand new TV'S This hotel is Familly owned by phillipino's and they make sure clients are happy. So any issue that might come up. Is dealt with very quickly and correctly. The room cleaning is upon request but just ask and it's done quickly and perfectly! The owners completely understand what a budget traveller needs and they don't overcharge. You can get anything you need on a ”a la carte” basis. Example: we got some laundry done. The price was about 15% higher then doing it ourselves at a laundramat self serve service. If you factor in tranportion cost to get to and from the laundromat. It's less expensive through the hotel. WOW! The clientele is a mix of locals and foreigners. And all are happy with the rooms and services received. The hotel is soo well managed that it is expanding. About 20 rooms are being added. AND THESE ROOMS ARE NICER! 5 Rooms are 95% completed. I visited one. Cons: the restaurant is basic. It's geared more torwards the local clientele. But there are many good restaurants within walking distance and this should not be a concern. There is also a convenience store right next to the hotel. Not even 30 seconds away. It is about 30 minutes away from the airport. Taxis are a bit more scarce but with the Grab app.(like Huber) that issue goes away. This place is the perfect budget hotel that actually beats out most mid range hotels at 3x the price. Dont hesitate and book. No worries here. Do not hesitate in.booking here. You won't regret

I stayed here twice in April & May 2023 and was consistently impressed with the staff & the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and very courteous. The deluxe room had a great view, was large, clean, modern and very comfortable all around. The buffet breakfast was excellent with good selection of Western and Pilipino dishes. And the table service was excellent—shout out to Ariel and staff for a very attentive service! I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality & selection of drink’s & pastries at the Cafe also punctuated by excellent service. The property has 3 great pools, a small private beach , picnic area & fitness center. For me the only service missing is the food room service but it’s a minor item for what I needed. The location is an about 30 min from Mactan airport in a secluded gated area. Getting here was through local neighborhood and inconvenient from other restaurants & services so you’re pretty much will be staying on the property unless you want to go out for a long drive. I paid 650 pesos for a Grab ride around noon time from IT park to Reef. I have been to many 5 star Western style resort hotels in US, Europe & Asia and Reef compares well especially if you can book a discounted room for less than $150 USD. Overall, I highly recommend the Reef Island Resort hotel and will return again when I’m in the area. Definitely a good value for the money and excellent staff.

Unfortunately this location is 2-3 times the cost of their other location near IT Park which is actually much nicer, but the convenience of being able to walk across the street to or from the airport makes it worth the cost.

The hotel was okay for the price. Prices are meant for members so it is best to check membership if you will stay a while. They dont really tell you to apply before booking. Good place if you want to go for a staycation. Reservations department could do be more accommodating given the level of aspiration the hotel strives for. meh

My wife, son, and I went there for my birthday. We wanted to try a new resort in Cebu. Wow were we overwhelmed and surprised. The Sheraton staff treated us with kindness and as if we had been there multiple times. Every single staff member greeted us. From the housekeeping to the guards at both entrances. They even took my son by the hand and kept him entertained while we were checking in. They gave him popcorn. I was also shocked at the one restaurant when they sang happy birthday and gave me a wonderfully delightful cake. It was so smooth and silky. The food was also perfect and tender. The sauce for the fries was very creamy and tasty. For the first time in the almost twelve years in Cebu, even having been to numerous Cebuano resorts including Shangri-la everything was 100 percent perfect. The wifi was strong and no lag, the food was perfect, parking perfect, staff were perfect, beach and pool were clean and perfect. We even go to feed the fish as well which the guard at the water activities area gave us. I mean it was all around perfect for the first time here in Cebu. At Breakfast they even gave me a thank you cake for staying there. I couldn't believe it. It really felt homey and that warm feeling. For the money we spent it was 100 percent worth it. Oh by the way the atmosphere was perfect too. No loud people on cellphones everywhere talking or taking selfies and the like.

j park was the last on our Cebu trip. I thought a good resort will make us relax before leaving...but NO...this should have been the first on the trip. if you are planning to stay here, this is a good tip to have a full experience. although the the check in is 3pm, you can use the water park as soon as it opens, also you can still use it after your check out until the park closes. the pools and slides are fun, the beach area is great during sunset. a lot of in-house resto and bars but you can also grab your meals without corkage, if you eat it in your room. the connecting suits we booked were spacious and clean. bathroom has shower and tub area, the beds are soooo comfy, and the view is breathtaking. all in all, it was the cherry at the top of our vacation...and pls don't forget to claim your photo shoot. worth it!
