If i could give 0 i would… When we arrived it looked nice and cozy, until we got to eat something, and since we have a 2yo we expected, like any other hotel, to have at least a snack for the baby, but no…nothing until 19:00 (we arrived at 15:00). They said they can’t do anything. Ok..whatever, we had a banana and some snacks and the baby was almost happy. First night, went terrible, a lot of noise from the outside, they were just cleaning and they didn’t gave a sh.. that the small kids have to sleep… The second night was better. The in the noon, the food is terrible, every single day. We barely found something to eat, as adults, but for the baby, we had to improvise…buy some snack, buy a shiiii sandwich and pray that he won’t complain. We survived until the 5th night. When the disaster came. It started to rain… outside and inside… in the baby’s room (we got upgraded from family basic room to something bigger out of nowhere at the checkin)..at 23:00. The baby of course was sleeping. My wife moved the baby to the other room and all good, but where do i sleep? I went to the reception and they said that they don’t believe me because it never happened (i guess they didn’t had rain in the last few months). They offered a room, smaller and far away from the room where we were staying. I said ok, don’t care, just solve the problem. But, they said that there is no one that can solve the problem until the next day. Now, i’m sitting in a room far away from my wife and kid, in hope that they can sleep because a 2yo is very sensitive and all the things have to align perfectly in order for him to sleep well and not wake up every 2 hours. Ah, i almost forgot to mention the ants from the room. I was killing so many that i almost became the antman or exterminator. I told to all the staff about that, they did absolutely nothing. Sincerely, don’t go to this hotel. Choose the poorest hotel in this zone and will be a lot better than this.
