The employees at the reception were so friendly and made us feel quite comfortable.

This hotel is terrible, no slippers, no bottled water, no toothbrush, no facial tissue.

Positive: Location, Room size, wifi speed, big balcony, free toiletries, fast elevator, microwave works, water boiler works, fridge works, free towels, toilet works, many restaurants nearby and a nice cleaning lady. Negative: Balcony door does not lock. Staff came to check it and said they can not do anything about it and told me there are no criminals and we dont need to worry at night if it is not locked and we can leave the valuables in the room even if the balcony door is open and the neighbours could easily just jump over the balcony. Nothing happened luckily and we were happy. There was bird poop in the balcony, but the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned it. There was no sea view and no sun chairs as in the photos. The staff said they cant do nothing about it. But the cleaning lady clean the bird poop and I just sun tanned then on the balcony without the sun chair and it was also nice. Sofa was a bit broken, dishes were very dirty and the toilet smelled very bad. The water in the shower was not hot, only warm.

The hotel is in a great location, near the harbor, at the beginning of the restaurant row. Close to the beach and the city center. The staff is kind and helpful. For the price, it is completely acceptable to me.

Following my departure from this hotel, I discovered several bedbug bites. My previous review mentioning cockroaches turned out to be bedbugs...I hope that the establishment will do what is necessary to eradicate these pests to guarantee the best welcome to future guests.

Basically these are apartments. The location is great. There is no pool. There is no kitchen, they give you tickets for breakfast in the cafe. Cleaning every day. They don't speak Russian. The view from the window is simply gorgeous. Shops and cafes are all nearby.

I recommend. The location is very good, close to the bus stop and practically in the very center of Larnaca. We had windows overlooking the sea - it was worth paying extra, the view was brilliant.

Kitchen, kitchen utensils very sparse and old. I wouldn't have wanted to cook there. In the bathroom, the silicone was hanging out on the bath-shower tub, the joints and sealing of the partition were black and unhygienic. Bedrooms and beds were good. The location is on the promenade, central but also noisy.

Spacious Apartment, Bed and sitting Room good condition. Cooking Facilities OK. No Microwave or Oven. Only Induction two rings. Small Fridge. Ok for basic cooking. Close to all facilities and Beach. Lots of Entertainment venues. Weekend can be loud music noise. Overall good stay

Very friendly staff and great location of the appartment, but far away from standard hotel level. Functional and amazing views, but furniture is simple and quite dated. Value for money given it’s cheap price.

My stay was amazing. Clean room and comfortable bed. Had the best sleep. Will stay again soon. Best experience ever
