There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

The location a few blocks from the top. The BBB restaurant has a coffee shop at night that sells various things. The breakfast is very rich and the attention is wonderful. The check out and check in process was very fast.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and safe. The service attitude is good.

The place is very convenient, the location is excellent, supermarkets and shopping malls are nearby, and it is a wealthy area, sanitation, security, etc. are in place, and it is super convenient to take a taxi, it is worth staying

非常好！！是我感覺這趟旅途中最舒服最好的酒店了。床品特別舒服，房間很乾凈，房間光線也很好，早飯也很好。這個區域在智利市區來説應該是蠻安全的了，整個區域的環境也很乾凈有秩序，靠近超市，附近也有商場，基本每天都很多人住這邊。

Staff has no flexibility. Should you ring your own wine (or bottle) opener. (They do have the only one at the front dest). No market arround and breakfast is quite boring.

Amazing hotel with an unrivaled location in Santiago. I fell in love with Santiago because of the excellent experience I had at the Novotel.

Hotel with spacious, clean rooms, very good location. It has a large swimming pool. The breakfast is very good.

Not very helpful staff. Not very clean. maybe this is a 1-2 star Hotel - but not more. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than business travel.

We had a very nice stay of 2 days. The hotel is comfortable. We would stay here again.
