Stayed here for two nights, the service at the front desk was very good, and the breakfast was delicious

Good value for money. However, if you do not have a car, access is poor. If you use a rental car, it will not be easy to meet this price including breakfast.

Called this place from the garage to inquire about a room for the night, stated I have cats. Front desk clerk said no problem, did not ask me any questions about cats or mention any fees. Took an uber from garage to hotel only to be told they have a 2 pet limit....I have 3 cats. Turned into a complete fiasco with the ”owner” (who originally said she was in a meeting and unable to meet with me until I said I would wait in the lobby with my 3 cats for her to be available, she showed up dressed in a graphic t and jeans 10 minutes later...) first saying of course she would make an exception and was very sweet, pulled up the best western pet policy to show me. Then wanted to charge me $20 per cat. When I questioned this she suddenly said she decided she would stick to the 2 pet rule after all. Very sketch, even the second Uber driver said she was probably going to pocket the extra $40. I went to a different place who also charged per pet but was very clear and upfront about it and their policies. When I left the lobby I informed them that I did find another place who also charged per pet but would rather give them my business. Both the owner and the clerk CHEERED when I said this. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. And if I wasn't able to find another place would they have just left me and my ”adorable fur family” (according to the owner before she changed face) be out on the street? Also called corporate while I was in the lobby to be told that the owners do not need to follow the exact company guidelines and when I asked, so they can pick and choose policies and change their mind when it suits them? The CSR said ”unfortunately, yes”. Picture here of me and my cats sitting on the curb waiting for the Uber. This is my favorite hotel in the country. Yup, I like it more than the fancy and much more expensive hotels I usually use.   The rooms are a good size, and the set-ups are smart. Cleanliness is top notch. The shower has great pressure, and excellent hot water. TV always works, as does the microwave and refrigerator.   The staff people are kind, patient and courteous. I am a vegan, so breakfast here is not so great for me, but I could find some items.   I hope this hotel continues to operate, and operate as well as it does.

Very good located, with Mexican style decoration in the rooms. Rooms are big, well equipped. Big parking but need car to go to good restaurants. Standard American breakfast
