Stayed here on a road trip to Arizona. Never stayed in a Staybridge before and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were well appointed with everything you needed. The only downside was that the air conditioning was playing up. I have to say that Gabe at the front desk could not have been more helpful and eventually reset the air on. It wasn’t perfect but a lot better than it had been. This Stsybridge doesn’t serve alcohol (as I know done do) The pool was very pleasant and just like it appears on the website. Breakfast was OK with a reasonable choice. PS If you’re hoping for a restaurant that’s close enough to walk to for a beer and a meal. Then this isn’t it.

We stayed here for two nights in late May 2024 for a family member's High School graduation. This hotel fit the bill for us. Plenty of parking, free coffee (much needed after 8 hour drive), free breakfast. The staff here were great, the hotel is pet friendly and we would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. The fitness center and pool were added treats. Thank you for taking care of us.

My mom and I had a king suite. The employees are so welcoming and accommodating to any need. Our room had a heat issue that all employees contacted did everything within their power to fix. Space heaters might be something for corporate to invest in for instances like mine. Lovely hotel and delicious breakfast in the am. Will definitely stay next time in Las Cruces.

This hotel was a little pricey, but it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved how large the rooms were. With a family of 6,it was really nice after traveling all day. I would stay here again.

The Front Desk team was wonderful, they upgraded us to a suite with 2 bedrooms as there were two of us traveling. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We were traveling with my dog and they hotel was very accommodating with him. The entire hotel was very clean. The front desk agent, can't recall his name as we stayed at 4 hotels in 4 nights. He is a young man, about 19 years old or so. He was very hospitable. The breakfast spread was very well maintained and had a great assortment of breakfast options and was very well stocked. The kitchennette in the room, along with the refrigerator/freezer came in quite handy as we made our way from CA to IL. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a quiet comfortable stay until the ac ran. Rather loud. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was the usual and coffee was OK. It's a good location. Easy access to 70w or 25 ns. Pretty views, pet friendly and a walkable IHop next door.

You can't reach the front desk... at all.... I called multiple times, let it ring a long time, no answer. No ice when you get in. The elevator placement to room/entrance/parking is ridiculously poorly laid out, so good luck if you are traveling with a lot.

Clean room, coulda used more towels though…
Very friendly staff, well appointed, nice touches throughout.
Pretty good hot breakfast, a nice surprise.
