This was an absolutely horrific nightmare to say the least. The entire grounds and facilities are in disrepair including the pool, common area a/c, ice machines, carpets in and outside the room. The room carpets were so dirty, I was worried my dog would get ill. La Quinta should reprimand this owner for making their brand look so bad. Sam the manager was great. Unfortunately his hands are tied.

The room had nothing but two towels and a roll of toilet paper. NOTHING ELSE. They might be in the process of renovating… I hope that’s the case… But nothing was mentioned. In my travels over the last year I had begun to appreciate La Quinta returning to being a pleasant and safe motel as they were when the chain opened. Definitely not theCase with this property. The worst part was the fact that the door lock mechanism was loose and broken on the inside! Along with very poor lighting on the property.

The manager was the worst and very disrespectful. No accommodation. He just didn't care about anything or anyone. My room had no heat.

The staff was polite and very attentive the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable overall recommend this hotel reasonably priced comfortable clean rooms quiet no disturbance

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Bad location, poorly lit parking lot, hallway not air conditioned and musty. Room had old stained gross carpet. The chairs were all stained a ragged. There was hair on the bed. The bathroom was dirty and full of random hairs. Towels were dingy and folded sloppily and kinda just thrown on the shelf. Do yourself a favor and do not stop here!

Unfortunately, this hotel is lacking in the advertised amenities. There was no Wi-Fi, no TV (cable or local), no ice machine, no smoke detector (just a bare plug hanging from the ceiling where it should be), one of the lamps was missing beside the bed, I can only imagine what the splatter was all over the wall, absolutely no early check-in. I've been in third-world countries with better accommodations. I feel terrible for the front desk staff. They were extremely apologetic for issues beyond their control, except for whom I assume was the general manager at the computer in the morning when we arrived. He was extremely unfriendly and less than welcoming. The young man and woman at the desk later were the only redeeming features this hotel has. Their kindness was the only reason we didn't demand a refund and go elsewhere.

What Didn't I like Was That The TV In My Room Wasn't Working The Cable Channels Weren't Coming On It Was Frustrating Cuz Even Tho i Had Gotten The Room Kinda Late All I Wanted To Do Was Jus Lay Down An Watch TV So I Went to The Front desk To See If There Was Something we can do but there was noone i waited 10mins an went back to my room i endded up connecting the tv to the internet so i was able to watch Netflix but then the remote wasnt working an neither was the volume so i went back to the front again an nobody still so i just called it a night. I think it maybe time for new tvs or something cuz this isnt the first rime ive had problems with the tvs there. Thank you for your time other then that i had a great stay.
