STAY AWAY !!! WORSE place i ever stayed in. LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT LONG and also in the morning at the beach restaurant. 2 days without sleep. 1st night VERRY VERRY loud music at night until 3 am ..was impossible to sleep. The "rooms" are very close to the beach and they had these speaker blasting all night In the morning When I went to ask if they could control the music they told me they didn't control it since it came from the restaurant. Complete nonsense. 2nd night the same thing. So we packed up . When we went to the front desk to get at least our money back for the 3rd night. They just answered "sorry but nothing we can do" NO AMPATHY no trying to make us satisfied in any Way !! She said they notify people of the music so.. Where the hell is that Notice ?? Staying in a tent : verry humid. Nothing at all inside to put our stuff. No hangers inside or even outside. Showers ans bathrooms next to the tent are outdated and in big need of updating, often dirty. Beach amenities: almost none existent. Don't be fooled by the pictures. PLACE IS OUTDATED When you arrive they tell you you can use the chairs and parasol beachfront as you wish but they belong to the restaurant. The beach bathrooms are dirty, no working lights

¡Chinches! La higiene en este hotel es lamentable. Había restos de sangre en las sabanas, y al poco de estar en la cama notamos picaduras y había chinches por todas partes. Las picaduras me dieron alergia y estuve una semana en cuidados médicos. Nos cambiaron de habitación, pero esa noche llovió y entró agua en la habitación y nos destrozó la ropa y un computador. Se puede ir de fiesta pero jamas dormir ahí.

Me encanto el lugar y la atención, al llegar habia llovido fuerte y el terreno estaba inundado,y nos ofrecieron movernos a otra locación y estaba aún más lindo me encanto cada rincon

Venao beautiful, not this place
De lokatie is fantastisch en het eten heerlijk.
De ober van de ochtend is helaas ontzettend arrogant en totaal niet klant vriendelijk.
De eerste nacht was het een ontzettend kabaal omdat een heel aangal mensen zat te wachten voor onze deur op hin bus naar het vliegveld, tot 3:00 snachts was het kabaam en er wordt niks aan gedaan. Zal zeker Venao aanraden, maar niet deze plek.

Party place. Don't go if you want to sleep
Loud music until at least 2 am coming from the hotel bar and from the neighboring bar. Finished my night in the car
