I love going here. This was my 5th visit. I think there were a few annoying points but I think they were more personal annoyances. The staff are always so friendly and many remember me which is lovely. The food is nice and the environment is great. The location is good for me, it's close to the airport and close to where my family lives but for a general tourist it's a nice get away. Pool is nice, although I think this time was a little dirtier. I had a problem with my room which I feel I've stayed in that room before with the same problem- maybe it just annoys me- but I was moved rooms which was a bit of a downgrade (view-wise and the drain was a little blocked in the shower). Again, I don't think this was indicative of a normal stay and I would definitely advise that you visit here. Enjoy.

The place is a bit far from the city but the breakfast was good. The place is big enough to accommodate a family. Overall, it was a good stay.

In general the hotel is good, the hotel staff are friendly and customer service oriented. Comments For your information, Room 606 Toilet bowl is moving, room Queen bed is suitable not for twin beds, luggages compartment is in the wrong location. Difficult to get the luggages in and out. air condition unit water is leaking. Rooms should centralize aircon. Many times I dials hotel operator sometimes up a to dozen of ringings nobody pickup the phone its should be with in three ringings operator should pick up the phone is a hotel protocol. First night dinner at the hotel Restaurant, I ordered Palabok anatto oil is to much, calamaris Freitas good portion but small sizes and salty food need improvement. Breakfast buffet catered for Pilipino with good variety of food but western food station limited, no croissant or breakfast pastries product, Breakfast buffet charged is expensive In pesos 888.00 pesos one person. Above all A Unique Patriotic greetings of hotel staff to hotel guests can make good impressions to the hotel.

I just keep staying here every time I visit Manila. Cozy and comfortable room. Nice pool and gym and yummy buffet breakfast. Location not the best if you want to be close to shopping malls or other amenities. Convenient to get to Manila Airport

The mella hotel is a nice place which is off the beaten path. It is a good escape from hectic city traffic and noise. However, it is difficult sometimes to get transportation from here. I stayed inn2 different rooms. The first was very nice. It had stained windows. Reminded me of Arizona. The second room was not as good. No vent in the shower. The room was a bit mildewy. And I didn't seem to have hot water at times. Nevertheless, the service was great. The pool is very nice. If you want snacks and things... best to bring them ... as the hotel is not right near a whole lot. But there are a few places to eat right next door. This hotel is good for the day of your arrival or the day before you depart.
