The first time i went to this hotel impressed ako agad. Kaya sabi ko mag book ako dito next tjme. The rooms are spacious and super nice ng amenities. Kids friendly talaga. Super nag enjoy kami ng friends and kids. Will def book again kahit super lapit lang namin dito 😅

Our stay began on a sour note at the dining outlet, Gourmand, when we had lunch. My ‘Beef and Broccoli’ came with a hair in the food and resting on the edge of the bowl. Things happen. However, this was so noticeable – a black hair against a white dish – that my wife saw it immediately when the server put the food on the table. Someone in your food preparation staff from the cook to the server should have seen this before I did. The food was replaced by the server but someone in management should have apologized to me directly. Further I was not asked if I would like a different item. The F&B Manager does not seem to have been properly trained or experienced. During the course of our meal, my wife asked the person at the entrance desk why there was a humidifier with essential oil in the restaurant as it was interfering with the taste of the food. My wife was told that the essential oil unit was outside the restaurant. When we went to finalize our check in, we discovered that these essential oil units were literally all over the hotel, on every floor with multiple locations. By the time we were settled in our room. My wife was experiencing some slight difficulty breathing and the beginning of an asthma attack. The front staff was accommodating and moved us to a premium room several floors higher. That was helpful. We later returned to the lobby area and several of the units were now unplugged and not operating. Unfortunately, the damage to my wife’s health had been done. I understand wanting to have a nice smell and all that. However, they were NOT using these essential oil units properly or healthily. "As a general rule, if all you can smell is the essential oil, your area is not well-ventilated. In such cases, you risk irritating your respiratory system". The hotel put my wife’s health at risk. Even three days later she is still sick and requires medication. My trip souvenir.

As always, the service in this hotel is very good. They were not able to check us in on time due to the holiday rush but gave us a late check out 💜 The breakfast buffet was ok but I hope that they have a little more variation on the food. The viands served were a little too heavy for breakfast in my opinion 😁 But'll definitely come back to this hotel ❤️❤️❤️

Talk about the best hotel in Las Pinas, this is my choice. It is clean, new and the staff are very warm and friendly. Food is also great.

The hotel looks new and the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is a buffet, not too many choices but good enough for us. Breakfast area is besides the swimming pool. We are satisfied with all the things for the price we paid.

Book 2 rooms for 5days. Last june 6- june 11. We've been charge 3000 pesos because the bath towel went missing. The kids might forgot the towel at the pool area. And the receptionist say cannot find the towel so they have to charge us 1500 for each towel. We've been to many hotels and this is the first time it happen. Worst hotel we've been to. Even the buffet bfast they don't serve for the 2 days we've been staying. Goes only by plate. I hope u guys can give better service. And we wont take the towels to bring home. Won't coming back again. Better stay at crimson hotel.

The room is large, close to the shopping mall, and convenient for eating nearby. The waiter is very enthusiastic. There was a small mistake during the drop-off time, and the waiter solved the problem very quickly. The hotel breakfast is quite rich. Overall, good value for money
