Jet Luxury at the Signature Condo Hotel

Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.

If you are looking for a 4-5 star experience, don't expect it here. For context: I am not a picky person about hotels, but this place looked like they could have filmed a horror movie or American Horror story there. I have to switch hotels. I literally checked in and had to check right out it was so gross in the room and so unkept everywhere. I got there at 8pm and the third party that controls the room service and any thing you need is not the people at the front desk. They can't do anything for you if your room is am less like ours was. We got a full kitchen with King bed and Mountain View room. The hotel was suspect, at least at Tower 1. The building was very old and the unit was as well. Paint was chipping off the walls, cracks in the tile in the kitchen and rest room. The place looked lived in like the person just up and left and didn't even bother cleaning anything. I wiped surfaces down with wet ones and Clorox wipes and it was filthy. I don't mean a little yellow like when you cleaned a surface and needed to go over it one more time, I'm talking brown all over with crumbs and hair. The hotel itself was beat up too. You can always tell from the Lobby and elevator what to expect. The place looks like it was built in the 70s or 80s which would be fine if they maintained it. There were black scratch marks all over the walls, dust on mirrors and glass surfaces, if the room was maintained and well lit, my husband and I would have stayed. I wanted to request a new room, but their office closes at 7pm so they don't answer and can't do anything for you. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Nice stay! Really appreciate that they kept our phone safe which was left behind, for us to return and pick it up.

It's a beautiful complex in a pretty good location. The rooms are upscale and comfortable and we loved the kitchenette, but didn't really use it (groceries? nearby? nope). Also liked the fast elevators. But only one of the three pools was open during our stay (mid-April/warm weather), and they are NEVER open in the evening. Not even the hot tub, not even the pools at MGM. It was nice to have access to so many pool options, but we craved a soak in the hot tub after a long day of walking. And if you don't have a car, you will definitely walk a lot. We will still want to stay here again, though.

Very clean property. Very secure and just off the ***** enough but close enough to enjoy it. Would stay there again.

Due to flight issues, my husband and children arrived more than an hour before me, near midnight. Despite attempts to contact the hotel through the ********** app, and by phone, I was unable to add my husband's name to the reservation, leaving the family groggily sitting in the lobby until I could arrive. Please fix this in the future.

Ok place. Pool area was poor and food was poor but attached to mgm grand, so that offset those issues.room was nice and clean. Free bottled water was nice. Rooms reasonably soundproof but could be better.

It was great for family stay.
