I stayed here, a little over 9 years ago and feel that the hotel has gone downhill since then. A large section of the pool was always closed and for a similar price you can stay at a resort hotel closer to the *****

There are many rooms and long corridors. Facilities are ok. No refrigerator. You can check in and check out by yourself, the lobby is lively, there are many people, you have a good time.

We had an issue at check-in when we were told there were no non-smoking rooms available because we had booked a promotional rate. We went to the room, but the smell of smoke was overwhelming and unbearable. After complaining, they eventually moved us to a non-smoking room. This whole situation could have been avoided if they had placed us in the right room from the start, preventing the unnecessary hassle.

I stayed for two nights and had a disappointing initial experience. At check-in, we were placed in a smoking room, even though we’re non-smokers. I refuse and ask for a nonsmoking but the front desk told us that we need to pay extra $20 because there wasn’t available rooms (on a Wednesday??). The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong and triggered an allergic reaction. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided. The new room was reasonably, with refrigerator, better shower but softly better than the first one that really need to be remodeled (the whole hallway and the rooms are very dirty and smells bad). About the ******, the bets are very far, with variety of tables and ***** machines. The staff is really nice and the environment very good. A special attention to Lourdes (staff chef) and Mario (dealer).

The price was affordable but!! They charge you extra for the resort fee when you do the check in. That’s ok if you are going to eat and play here. However, for me, I would prefer staying in another hotel and paying for the top view. The top view is really good though.
