Pros -Location is good. Just across the street from Bellagio, in the center of the *****. - the hotel itself has a monorail station - large and nice arcade with pretty new games - just right next to/behind Grand Bazaar, so there are many eateries just in front of the hotel - connected to Paris with indoor walkway Cons - registration line for check in/out was super long. I waited for an hour for check in. Crazy and worst experience. -front desk attitude is acceptable but is definitely not the resort level. Probably even worst than some 2 star inn/motels. - from the entrance to the hotel room elevator, need to walk through the ****** with tons of cigarette smoke. That means if traveling with kids they will need to suck in some second hand smoke - room is standard, boring and aging. TV is large and new though - $50 resort fee a day is ridiculous and a rip off for nothing Overall a 3 or even 2.5 star experience. Will not stay here again. If traveling with kids and have a slightly high budget, Venetian/Wynn would be a much better choice.

When checking it is short staffed, so if you don’t use the kiosk then you have to wait in a long line. They tell you parking is included but charge you $20.96 a day. House keeping doesn’t clean the room completely.. like they will vacuum half of the room and wipe have the counters. The sheets was not white. And no 24 hour kitchen..

I visit Las Vegas a lot, but never alone. This is my first solo trip and my first stay in Horseshoe/Bally's. I would say this would have to be one of my best trips. Staying in Horseshoe made it even better. When I arrived at the registration desk there were only 1 employee helping customers with the check-ins. There were a bunch of self check-in kiosks, which I don't mind. The kiosk was straight forward and took me about 5 minutes to check myself in. When I got to my room, I liked what I saw. You get a lot of space and floor to ceiling windows. Make sure to bring your own soap for the foam bath because they don't supply it. If you're into ******** the ****** is a nice size. Very little options for restaurants and bars in the hotel, but no worries. The Horseshoe is conveniently located to all of the hot spots. Once you exit the hotel you're minutes away from all of the great food and some terrible ones😅. I will definitely stay here again just for the location and of course the cost. I had a great deal because my trip was on the weekdays.

Clean, good location and has nice pool! but they gave me and my mom the connecting room. There was some noise from other two connected room.. Also, when I checked in, they charged resort fee (I guess) and they didn't explain anything about extra fee and no receipt!

Great location . Check in at 3 pm. Easy access to Paris Hotel and Bellagio fountain across the street.

Very noisy outside at night, even on 14th floor, no coffee stuffs, but good location and can see sphere as expecting. Self service is not friendly to family or group as it separate rooms into different floors.

Location is really good but you have to pay for car parking and have to be really sure you check out at the time which is mentioned otherwise the will charge you straight away for late checkout.

I stayed at this hotel for total of 3 days and I'm pretty satisfied. The location is excellent and everyone who helped us check in and check out was kind and helpful. Thanks you Don!!

It’s my second time staying at Horseshoe and I love it, great location, connected to Paris, clean, great rooms, amazing views!!!!!!! A little complicated to figure out where is your room tho and there’s always a huge line for check in because the staff is a little slow and always talks a lot with the costumers but they also have check in machines (it didn’t work with my reservation) They have lots of family friendly activities downstairs and some places to eat like Jhonny Rockets and Subway, where you don’t need to get out of the hotel to eat

There were no restaurants with the exception of a steakhouse which was closed during my stay. Prefer options to dine and not a food court.

The hotel formally know as Bally’s is pretty much the same as three years ago. The two rooms we stayed in were much larger than the last time. The general ambiance is the same p, but with small differences that seem to indicate a need for a general recommitment to excellence.

The location is great. The facilities are a bit old. Cleanliness is unsatisfactory.
