Random upgrade to a suite of sorts in Versailles Tower. Super pleasant surprise!

I like location and good view street you can find everything

Shower was a bit old. Window was dirty. It reduced the value of epfel tower view.

Not a bad hotel, but not my favourite in Las Vegas. Long check in queue, waited over 30 minutes, only 2 staff working. The room was clean though the carpet and sofa were well worn. Rideshare located in the parking lot, some walk away. Typical large impersonal Vegas hotel.

Delicate decoration, a kind of atmosphere of Paris. lo Central location where Bellagio and Caesar are just opposite streets.

the hotel is very conveniently located. Service on check in is acceptable although there are always long queues at the reception. However suggestion on upgrades was disappointing as I don't see much benenfit in the upgrade

The hotel does not provide kettle and bottle water. Long Queue for checking in and only can check in after 3 pm. Front desk staff very unfriendly.

Fantastic location! Amenities are mediocre at best for a 4 stars hotel. There is no kettle or water bottle. Gym is a bit dark (no windows). Pool is fine. If you are not used to 2nd hand smoking, it’s tough to avoid at ****** level. I would probably choose a different property next time.

Place is great since its at the middle of the *****, room is big with great views. It is clean although carpet is quite old and worn down. Staff are friendly. Wouldnt mind coming back to this hotel in the future.

Beautifully furnished room with a lovely view of the *****. In-room refreshments obscenely expensive, but no need to use them as 24-hour CVS is nextdoor. Check in was slow with terminals requiring full address and phone number to be typed in on large screen, with no privacy for personal data.
