The location is very far away from strip..and the facility is quite old, but the ppl is nice as I was given a connection room and it was very noise and they changed room for me straight away!
And the pool area looks nice!

room is good , quite new and big. think to finish renovate. Free car park here. near to ***** center.

Room type and facilities fair with room fess and location is a bit far from main street. But all ok and reasonable to stay. Thank you

the hotel is nice and comfortable and the location is good considering you can easily walk to the *****. The food was very marginal and the resort fees nearly doubled the price of the stay although nobody was using the pool and the "resort" was no where near the price charged.

I liked my early days of stay at this hotel. So I kept extending my stay until the manager, one of the security staff, and front desk staff started bullying me for talking to people on the street (the so called homeless) who hang around this hotel all the time! Don’t you dare to act like you own everything there! And don’t ever think of trying to bully your PAYING CUSTOMER!!!

This stay was better than last time, no screaming neighbors, the showers are new and good water pressure plenty of hot water, no creepy nasty shower curtain, clean glass enclosure. Beds are very comfortable, I slept very nice. Rooms this time of year, do not get very warm I have tried to turn up heat & blowers in all my hotels and they have it very regulated this winter! Heating is a big expense passed on to us, the guests. I slipped and fell on the cracked sidewalk going to front desk. Bleeding. Q

Miya’s at the front desk is an absolute gem and she makes that place feel like home. She is so kind and patient, guest will definitely want to return based upon interactions with her. Karen at the front desk, well the name …. #enoughsaid. Very impolite and eager to turn the guest away, lacks compassion and very faux. The rooms are large and clean but need door doors! Other than that I will be back a time or two that’s for sure

This hotel is very clean and staff was really nice. I felt safe because in order to go to your room you must enter through the lobby.

This hotel was off the ***** but not far away at all, 5min drive away. I actually preferred this because it was easy to get to out Ubers and to our hotel quickly from any location. The room was decently sized and clean. Had the essentials we need for us since we spend most nights out. Bits of the hotel were under renovation though.
