Amazing room and friendly guest services. Location is a bit further out but with the tram to Excalibur it isn't too much of an issue.

Unfortunately our room was dirty (used towels in closet) but thankfully the hotel staff made up for it by upgrading us to a larger room.

Could not have been better. Definitely a good 5-star experience

We got upgraded to a suite, while we did enjoy it, we found lots of surfaces and not wiped. The location of the hotel is not great with going to other places. Price for money is reasonable.

Lovely, spacious room! I had a king wellness suite. The bedroom is separate from the living room and there are 1.5 baths and a wet bar area! Great when people are over. The main bath has a separate large soaking tub. There’s a free tram that can take you about .7 miles up the strip, to Excalibur/The Park area. Aria is maybe a 10 min or less walk from there (in flats). Comfy bed. Hotel itself is nice. Cons: communication with staff to get my room upon arrival was less than smooth. Also, staff were either not helpful or not knowledgeable about opening times of restaurants in the hotel. I arrived after the stated checkin time and still waited 2 HOURS until I was checked in (room was not ready)! I asked if there was a hotel cafe (turned out to be closed); asked if there was another cafe/Starbucks/etc. within hotel. I was directed to a closed restaurant. And a third time, to a bar which was closed for a private event. Found a Starbucks on my own, that they didn’t suggest. Messy service to start. They didn’t offer me a place to wait or any suggestions while they figured out my pre-booked room. Still, I’d stay here again because I’m sure that’s not a typical experience (I hope).

The hotel itself absolutely great and beautiful but it was busy and the pool was busy and I got the worst room you can imagine did you was to the wall so be aware or you know the old rooms on the lower levels We have a bad views but we came here to answer on the price was reasonable and overall I would give the four stars to the stay

I like the mood of the hotel. It’s more luxury than I expected. Also, a spacy room was perfectly convenient for us

The location is very convenient, and there is a casino downstairs. It is worthy of being a gambling city. There are many delicious foods nearby and the public security is very safe. The hotel is connected to Four Seasons.

The service of this hotel is extremely poor, and the experience is extremely bad! The check-out time is 11 o'clock. The day before, I asked the front desk to delay it to 12 o'clock, but when I returned to the room at 10:50 that day, the next guest had already checked in, and it was not even the check-out time. I have never encountered such an outrageous thing! All my personal belongings were also cleared away, and I was told irresponsibly to go to lost and found to find them, which completely ruined today's itinerary. The hotel is terrible, but Ctrip's service is very good, and the housekeeper's feedback is handled very promptly

The suite is like a cream puff, very comfortable and quiet. The downside is that the air conditioner blows your head. You can't use the refrigerator yourself. If you move the things inside, you will be charged automatically. But the bathtub in the bathroom is great, the water is big and fast.

The room is gorgeously decorated, the bed is soft and comfortable, there is an ironing board in the wardrobe, but there are no slippers or toothbrushes
