The hotel room was so dirty and disgusting. The bedsheets were dirty, the fridge had dirty red marks- which I had to clean myself! Maybe I should have been paid for doing a better job than the household staff. The sink and bathroom had clogged sinks, which was vile! I received a notice informing me I wouldn’t be able to utilise the water from 10am-2pm because of work going on, well that’s just great isn’t, that’s just what I paid for, funny! I left my suitcase with the hotel staff as I couldn’t check in until later on but then I received my suitcase it had a huge dent in the corner. Honestly it’s atrocious! Then I spent most of my first evening in Las Vegas with security whilst they gathered evidence due to the damage caused by hotel staff. I couldn’t fault the security staff member she was very polite and apologetic for what had happened but worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Till date I’ve received no update on this report that was done nor any compensation. They completely damaged my suitcase and then couldn’t care less. They’re quick to get money from you but yet don’t take responsibility for their own actions. Shocking how poor the treatment was at this hotel. Do yourself a favour and try a different hotel!
