Hotel is adequate but of course rather old. Service staff were helpful and pleasant and rooms were nicely made to daily which is great.

For servic3s, we would give minus mark. On the day of arrival, we stood 90 minutes to get checked in. No personalised service, not user friendly. No coffee machine, coffee, tea, or drinking water. In spite of booking in January, we were given 3rd floor room , concrete view, and broken curtain, and the access card not working. I complained about these to the staff. I ask compensation for poor accommodation.

The bathroom was very dirty, the toilet and bathtub had ***** hair on them and also was not wiped. There also was food left in the refrigerator as well. They did take off $50 for the resort fee, but did not want to give us a new room . 

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍 Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient! Paid extra for a room with ***** view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏 Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

The staff at the check-in counter are extremely rude and do their job very poorly. Long queues at check in phase, but they don't make any effort to find a solution.

The accommodations were what I expected; good enough. We booked there primarily for proximity to the sphere. We traveled to Las Vegas specifically and exclusively to go to a show at the sphere. No complaints.

The hotel room was so dirty and disgusting. The bedsheets were dirty, the fridge had dirty red marks- which I had to clean myself! Maybe I should have been paid for doing a better job than the household staff. The sink and bathroom had clogged sinks, which was vile! I received a notice informing me I wouldn’t be able to utilise the water from 10am-2pm because of work going on, well that’s just great isn’t, that’s just what I paid for, funny! I left my suitcase with the hotel staff as I couldn’t check in until later on but then I received my suitcase it had a huge dent in the corner. Honestly it’s atrocious! Then I spent most of my first evening in Las Vegas with security whilst they gathered evidence due to the damage caused by hotel staff. I couldn’t fault the security staff member she was very polite and apologetic for what had happened but worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Till date I’ve received no update on this report that was done nor any compensation. They completely damaged my suitcase and then couldn’t care less. They’re quick to get money from you but yet don’t take responsibility for their own actions. Shocking how poor the treatment was at this hotel. Do yourself a favour and try a different hotel!

Location Location Location! Free parking and valet service, awesome pool area. Great size rooms , Only draw back for me was that there were no kettles in the rooms,

Location is good for both walking and driving. Especially car entrance is located on the side as well so you can escape the traffic jam on *****. There some smells maybe detergent they use to clean the carpet was not comfortable. Will get used to it in 5-10 minutes. Quick for Valet parking. Staffs are nice and quick.

The valet and bell hop service was spot on! Parking and luggage was not even a problem. Check in was fast and easy. Even though we booked separately from our cousins, they put us on the same floor close to each other. No problems with the room at all, we had a decent view of the *****. Every place we ate there was good. We hadn’t been to Las Vegas in a few years but we will definitely return and stay at the TI. We all had a great time and would recommend it to everyone!

First there is less amenities and second day, they just added. Someone might forget to put it. Since hotel is quite old and some carpet smell is appeared. Location is good.
