This is an apartment hotel, because of the affordable price, so I booked with my friends for two nights at this hotel. Remind the customers who want to stay. The online payment does not include the resort fee. After arriving at the hotel, you need to pay more. The soundproofing effect of the hotel is very poor! In the evening, if there is a party next to the Club, you can hear the music all night. The voice of the next room can be heard, and you wake up early in the morning. The most excessive point is that on the day we check out, about 10 o'clock, there is a man who opens our door directly and says to remind us to check out at 11 o'clock. He didn't knock the door! Fortunately, we have the last anti-theft lock, but it is still a little scared.

Clean room, and chill staff. Right by Fremont street and reasonably priced and free parking. It’s a secure boutique hotel and everyone was respectful. The rooms are modern with a well sized TV. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around.

First trip to Vegas after wife passed last August. Chose this hotel because it was the first place we stayed downtown. We had been coming to Vegas for many years and started to stay downtown. We have stayed here many times over the years. I checked in at 5:00 about on July 31 and stayed to August 4th. Check-in was fast and easy. The employee at check-in was ok. I spoke to 2 other front desk employees during my visit. Once to get a boarding pass printed off. Lin I believe was her name she was excellent and very friendly fun to talk to. Also at check-out at 3:45 AM. Another very friendly person considering the time. Check-out was simple. Food: Ate both at Magnoils and the Chicago Brewery. Had breakfast at Magnolis the food and service was great. Chicago Brewery was also excellent. Had Chicago Dog is was excellent. The bartenders were very friendly and fun to talk to. Loved being able to play video poker and eat and have a few beers. Very pleasant experience. Beverage service: Not a big drinker, but the severs were excellent and friendly. For me they came often enough. Table Games: Did not play much they seemed friendly what I observed. $10 and 15 table limits. I was there during the week. During the week table games close from 4AM to 8AM. Room: I was on the 5th floor by the elevator. Nice and close. I was on the quiet side, which is nice, but did not matter to me. Room had a coffee maker. One of the 2 elevators were out, but could use the service elevator so it did not make that much of difference. I did not have any real issues. My floor was very quiet and did see hardly anybody. When I arrived my room was very clean and did not have any housekeeping come into room, Did not feel it was necessary. The housekeepers I ran into seemed friendly. No issues in my room everything was great, beds were fine. ****** itself was clean for the most part, and the service friendly for me. A variety of machines new and old. I did not sit at either of the bars. My observation was people were having a good time. I had a very pleasant stay considering the situation. It was difficult without my wife, but the friendly staff helped. As everyone knows of course no resort fee and 4 Queens' is right in the middle of downtown. I would stay here again if I decide to return. Thanks again to the staff.

2 major downfalls: 1. Absolutely no noise or sound barriers, so if you have a room like I was placed in, near the bands and music and the zip line, bring noise cancelling headphones or something, the windows had cold air coming thru, so maybe they were not replaced during the room re-model? They do have black out curtains, but in certain rooms (like the one I was in) you could hear absolutely EVERYTHING!! The people yelling, the band going until 5am. Great for some, bad for others. I should have asked for a new room, but I was passing thru and it was cheap for the day that I was there for, so I did not ask for a room change (never again). 2. The bathroom was small and dirty, hair all over the bathtub. The bed was dressed with a mattress pad, flat sheet and thin comforter, no fitted sheet which was kind of odd. Positives: Cheap drinks, clean place (hotel part, ****** area), good customer service, and easy Valet service. It was at the very end of the strip, so getting to it was easy, it was around 20-25 minutes from Caesar's Palace. The overpriced Dunkin Donuts was actually really a treat after a lack of sleep. You can walk out of the hotel directly onto Freemont street and that was great, also the ****** offered great drinks that were inexpensive. Definitely won't stay again, but it wasn't horrible.

I used to stay at the 4Qeens have also visited the Plaza nothing wrong with those hotels. When I first stayed at the California it was because everything was booked that was in 2018 I believe. Since then I have stayed repeatedly it's like my new home away from home. Thanks to phenomenal staff, decent rewards and you gotta visit the club desk and ****** host. My husband has won 2 hand pay pots and I typically hold my own. The dining between Market Street and the Garden Court Buffet meet our needs. I do hope the breakfast buffet returns to Market Street I miss it. Ethel M is one of my all time favorites and Lapperts has great coffee and sweet snacks. I do have one request gluten free options throughout the dining would be nice just some bread would be an improvement. I also miss having coffee in room and complimentary bottles of water. The fridge in the room is fantastic. The rooms are not to big nor to small we book 2 Queens because I'm up all hours. The beds are very comfy once I did have to rotate my bed because it was slumped. The bathrooms are totally modern as is the room with a big flat screen tv. Slots can be greedy but they can also be generous so not much different from other ******s. I love how spaced out slots are as I often rent a scooter due to sciatica. I want to emphasize the staff from the people cleaning to the wait staff and drink waitresses along with security and check in desk are all just so nice. The bell desk and club rewards staff and hosts have always treated us very well. We will be returning for my birthday in August 2022 and looking forward to it. I highly recommend giving this place a try it may not be for everyone but it's a fun place with good food options including a steakhouse I may try this visit called Redwood.

The effects of Covid can still be seen. Like the Triple 7 hours. But, most everything else is back like it use to be. Which is very pleasant. Especially with a diminished number of smokers. As usual, every one we dealt with was helpful and friendly. We're looking forward to being back again.

GGuest UserSome time ago we purchased a four night, five day ”update selling package” from The Elara from Hilton. I had to travel alone because my wife has been doctoring for what was believed to be a pinched nerve in her back. She was unable to walk without pain, and the doctors suggested it would be better if she didn't travel. I arrived in Vegas about 8:45 am, and got to the Elara at 9:15 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm, but luckily enough they had a One bedroom room open for me. Best check in experience we have ever had at that facility. I thought it was going to be a great time in Vegas. I had scheduled a time for a timeshare presentation at 10:30 am on Friday. Since I was alone, I went in on Thursday as asked if I could move it up to 8:30 am which they did. I was given a lanyard with a card on it, and was told there would be a group meeting at 8:30. I went to the meeting with about 20 other people. It lasted about 10 minutes, then salespeople went around and took the couples to a private meeting. I was the last one selected, and they asked me where my wife was. I told them of her health issues, and that she was unable to travel. I was told by the receptionist that I could not take the ”review meeting” since my wife was not with me. I told them of her health issues and after a few more minutes she came back and told me that it was illegal in the state of Nevada to allow me a solo meeting. Then the gal told me that she couldn't reach the sales manager, but he would call me soon. I said ”are you certain he will call me?” and she said oh yes, he always returns calls, and you will hear from him for certain before the end of the day. That never happened. In late afternoon I starting calling to find out what was going on. No one ever answered the phone. I called many times from Friday through Sunday and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They were not open Saturday or Sunday, I later found out. Starting another round of calls Monday, after I had already moved to a different, Embassy Suites Hotel also in Las Vegas. I bet I talked to 3 or 4 more people and finally I got to talk to a helpful person, name of Rose Marie. She told me that since I didn't listen to the timeshare presentation I had to pay $752.78 for my 4 night stay, less the $247.78 I had prepaid for the 4 day package. I told Rose Marie that I would not pay that price because if the sales manager would have called me back on Friday as I had been promised he would do, I would have been out of that room about 15 minutes after he called me, and moved to a more reasonable hotel. Rose Marie went back to her manager a few times, and I got the extra charge for the rental cut in half. $252.50 was the new amount that I had to pay. Better than double that price, but still 100% unreasonable based on what I had paid for the 4 day package. I thanked Rose Marie many times for doing a job that I was sorry she had to perform. She agreed that she knew that what I told h

GGuest UserREAD THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, but the design is not as good as that of Vdara which has been around for ten years. The room is quite big, and the location is a bit remote, relatively close to the convention and exhibition center. The bed is a bit soft and the pillows are very soft. The hotel opened at the end of 2023. Many stores in the shopping mall on the second floor have not yet been renovated, but the good brands are relatively high-end. You can see the big ball if you stay in an odd-numbered room. The higher the room number, the more positive the direction.

GGuest UserHard to find my tower to get in after I have done my self checkin and got the key card. One thing I need to complain is the mini bar inside the room. It’s huge expensive foods and drinks for that. And I went out to bought some Fiji water and snacks back to my room. The cleaning staff misunderstood that and charged me 35-50 bucks on my bill. Because they thinking I called them to open the mini fridge. I don’t know this before I checked out. I chooses to pay that extra bill just because I don’t want to waste my time to stay on the long line to fix with them. I told myself I just tipped for the room cleaning service that make me feel better when I left.

GGuest UserMy leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.
