Hotel of the 80s which, inexplicably, maintains its 4 stars.
But I have been there several times, and I will return, for its exceptional location 50 meters from the Latina Scalo station, which means 35 minutes from the center of Rome, and the very low price.
In short, a poor hotel, which knows it is poor, and makes up for it with price and logistics.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica davanti alla stazione di Latina , un po datato ma ottimo punto d appoggio con camere spaziose letto comodo . Colazione molto abbondante e varia con dolce e salato caffè servito dal bar . Reception aperta fino alle ore 24 servizio buono

Totalmente da ristrutturare interni dalla holl al ristorante anni 50 vecchi e datati dal tempo e usura. Porta della stanza scrostata dalla vernice e buchi, mancanza di condizionatore ma con turboventola anni 80 rumorosa, frigobar piccolo messo a terra senza una bottiglia di acqua completamente vuoto, bagno senza finestra né ventola di aspirazione, con piatto doccia giallo, alzatapparelle elettriche mal funzionali e rumorose, non è stato possibile chiuderle perché non scendevano del tutto, colazione tristissima. Non dovrebbe avere 4 stelle perché tante cose non sono in regola. Una sola notte e via. Mai più.

una miseria. inaccettabile la pulizia e la manutenzione delle camere. Puzza di fogna per la mancanza di sifone alla doccia, muri sporchi, gabinetto nero. Al ricevimento un ragazzo biondo maleducato e arrogante, Pessimo hotel, pessima accoglienza, pessimo personale.

Una sola parola: squallore ! Camere sporche, copriletto (probabilmente non lavato da mesi) strappato, cuscini maleodoranti, bagno anni 50, nessuna presa elettrica, accozzaglia di mobili tutti diversi tra loro (anni 50 anch'essi). Al ristorante tovaglie di carta (già usate), tavoli non apparecchiati, non c ' erano due piatti uguali tra loro ...potrei continuare all' infinito. OK per il prezzo economico, ma perché paventare le 4 stelle quando nemmeno una pensione sarebbe pessima a tal punto??? In ogni caso, un consiglio: state alla larga !!!! È pieno di B&B meno pretenziosi, e di gran lunga superiori !!!!
