Hotel was paid for in advance including resort fees. upon checkout my deposit was not refunded properly and more resort fees was added. Was not happy at all

The hotel is very nice as we have stayed there before. The only complaint I have is we booked a deluxe king East River view room. They put us in a deluxe West view that overlooked the pool. I didn't put up a fuss over it as the pool view was also nice to look at. Otherwise the ****** floor has lots of choices and bar service was efficient. We enjoyed our stay and the pool time every morning. The pool wasn't heated though so feet in the pool was about it.

The room is quite big and the bed is wide enough, but there is no refrigerator. The street view outside the hotel is also very beautiful

Great staff. Clean rooms. Bargain prices. Anytime we visit lovely Laughlin, Nevada we have to stay at the Tropicana.

Rooms are outdated and have few amenities, no fridge in our room for example. We had to walk through the whole ****** until we could arrive at the rooms. Not very suitable with 2 children and a lot of trolleys after a very long trip.
