Good location.  Will recommend friends to stay in the near future

Suite is lovely! Place is clean and amenities are available as listed. Enjoyed the jetted tub as well! It was a comfortable stay, and location was perfect.

I found the staff extremely helpful courteous and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent location was excellent can I say a bad word against them fantastic stay peaceful definitely will go back again

It is a historic building. Although the building is old, the interior decoration has been renovated and does not feel old. The room is fully equipped with TV, electric kettle, etc. It is still an old building and the sound insulation effect is poor, but the residents are careful and do not make too much noise. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Wow! We stayed in apartment 10 which was the 3 bedroom accommodation. It was huge and more than enough for a family of 4. Nice lounge and dining area and modern kitchen with all the appliances you would need.   We came late and had to check in after hours which the staff organised for us without issues.   Free car park in the front.  A bit of a workout walking up the hill but a good morning exercise ;)  Location directly opposite the City Park and only minutes walk from the main mall. A quick walk to cafes for breakfast.  The only negative was the wifi didn’t work, but not really an issue.   I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

we stayed here recently for 3 nights...be careful which room you choose because room #1 and #2 are on the first floor at the entrance door...we were in room#3, which was at least down a small hall...It was a quietier location...I would think upstairs is less noisy, but you need to be able to climb stairs...if mobility is an issue you can park on York Street ( there a quite a few steps from parking lot into building)...the building itself is beautiful... our room was large and clean...the bathroom is older but clean except for the shower which needs a good cleaning...our room was quite large and a bigger bed would have been a plus...the staff are lovely....the hotel is a the top of a big hill...drive around the city if walking is a problem...

The staff and manager of this facility were amazing and went our of their way to assist and accommodate - we booked 6 rooms for friends to celebrate my Birthday the rooms were beautiful and extremely well appointed.  They were extremely clean and very comfortable, roomy and relaxing.  If you are after somewhere central with an easy walk into town, look these guys up.  Thanks again
