Friendly and polite staff, the structure is not discussed being an institution in the area and beyond, perhaps there are some changes to be made to things but all in all an excellent stay

Large and clean rooms. Bad restaurant service. Good position because it is close to the sea but outside the hotel the area is ugly. Beautiful outdoor spaces with well-kept gardens and 4 swimming pools, too bad you can't swim.

Spectacular hotel, friendly, professional, super-luxury

Location 5 stelle, personale gentilissimo, ristorante abbiamo mangiato sia primi e secondi di pesce eccezionale, la carne ottima. L’unica pecca se avessero incluso alla camera il servizio della piscina interna sterebbe stato il top. Perché pagare €40 a persona per usufruire della piscina dalle 8 alle 15, e €60 a persona dalle 15 alle 20 è da pazzi per una famiglia da quattro persone. C’è la possibilità del lido incluso nel prezzo della camera, però il mare lascia a desiderare è la navetta troppo piccola 8 posti per trasportare le persone alla spiaggia. Il resto è tutto positivo. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Lovely hotel, great location and super amenities. The spa was spectacular and the private beach wonderful. Free shuttles to the beach all day, as well as free pickup and drop off at the nearby train stations. Superb breakfast and very warm staff. We booked a superior room to get spa and beach access included and were upgraded to an enormous deluxe room. Overall a really enjoyable way to spend our birthdays!

The structure is very large and with well-kept greenery for the rest a catastrophe ... .. food far below the sufficiency rooms with suction problems in the bathrooms repeatedly reported and never repaired and very unpleasant and unprofessional staff in the room maybe just someone from they was professional ... ... in short, I strongly advise against it.

Experience lived on the seaside resort, I call three days before our arrival and a girl on the phone makes me book 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for a cost of € 10 starting from the 4th row onwards, we arrive there on Sunday morning and at the cashier they tell me that there is no reservation, they give me the availability of a 5 row and at the payment they ask for € 20, which doubtfully I ask if there was any increase and they tell me that at the price they told me on the phone it was only the last row, and then they open the beds for you only for lack of staff. In addition to telephone misinformation, the service is zero, there is no beach service, and the property is located right next to the free beach.

Pleasant stay but poorly organized services. Even the beach leaves something to be desired due to the presence of food, coffee, ice cream. Pizza booked but never eaten .. the hotel has good potential but needs to be improved. With attention to aesthetics, nice spacious and clean room.

Premetto che non è la prima volta che alloggio presso questa struttura ma dopo varie possibilità non penso che ci tornerò più. Inizio dai motivi che mi hanno spinto a sceglierla anche questa volta: la gentilezza di alcuni componenti dello staff, dalla reception al bar, al ristorante (un plauso in particolare al direttore di sala, persona davvero garbata e competente), la qualità del cibo ( a parte la colazione che dovrebbe migliorare in qualità), la navetta per la spiaggia, la posizione e il parcheggio….ma sinceramente non penso ci tornerò più perché è davvero scarsa la pulizia nelle stanze: ho trovato capelli non miei ovunque, la stanza piena di polvere (sono allergica alla polvere e sono stata davvero male in camera); la moquette negli ambienti comuni che emana cattivo odore; inoltre la mia stanza aveva una finestra che non si chiudeva del tutto durante la notte e avendo una stanza che affacciava su una tettoia ho temuto anche che qualche animaletto potesse intrufolarsi in camera…anche i lettini in spiaggia davvero poco puliti e molto malandati….mi dispiace ma prossima volta mi toccherà scegliere qualche struttura alternativa.

La mia recensione non è sull hotel ma sul lido.. Abbiamo preso ombrellone e due lettini per una settimana. Un po di trascuratezza c'è....è un po "lasciato andare".. Cmq abbiamo ordinato due aperitivi analcolici ..pagato 8 euro e ci siamo ritrovati due bicchieri di plastica riempiti a metà senza patatine o noccioline..insomma sembrava aver chiesto due bicchieri di acqua...gentilezza pari a ZERO... Probabilmente sono stanchi di lavorare visto ormai la fine di agosto.. Credo che quando si lavora con il pubblico la gentilezza in primis oltre a piccoli accorgimenti che possono essere graditi. Altrimenti bisogna cambiare lavoro.

Appena terminato il nostro soggiorno in quest'hotel che già ci manca! Le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. L'intero staff si è dimostrato sempre cortese e disponibile a soddisfare le richieste di noi ospiti. Ringraziamo tutti per averci accolto ed, in particolare, vorremmo sottolineare la professionalità e la competenza del personale cucina e sala ristorante/bar. Sono stati eccezionali, a presto!

Ci piace tornare All'Ariston per le vacanze, troviamo cordialita' disponibilita' e professionalita'. Camere Confortevoli e Pulite. Splendida SPA. Cena di Ferragosto divertente ed elegante. Ottima la qualita dei cibi magistralmente Curata dagli Chef, il fiore all'occhiello e' la cucina a vista. Servizio Impeccabile in sala, coordinato magistralmente dal Direttore.. Transfer per la spiaggia comodo ed efficiente. Sara' sempre un piacere ritornarci.
