Ho soggiornato in questa struttura, con la mia famiglia, ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti, l'ambiente è gioviale e professionale, lo staff è sempre a disposizione, il cibo molto buono ed i piatti abbondanti. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolar modo la piscina con acqua riscaldata ed idromassaggio, bella e rilassante.

Sono stato più volte nella struttura. La prima volta fu quasi un modo per allontanarmi dalla routine cittadina,ma la professionalità dello staff, l'ottimo cibo e la struttura così ben tenuta mi hanno fatto tornare piacevolmente spesso per dei semplici weekend in inverno (spa inclusa eccellente) ed in estate facendomi dimenticare del mare e restando in piscina a godermi il relax

Allora la struttura non e' tanto male .... Il ristorante fantastico il personale non ci sono parole per la gentilezza e l'esperienza che abbiamo avuto con loro Antonio il numero 1!!!...siamo stati trattati benissimo e ne sono veramente grata x questo il mangiare ottimo!!... Ma riguardo alle camere...ho preso una quadrupla ed era piccola cn due bambini...ma la parte più importante da dire che non mi é piaciuta la pulizia ..non é x niente stata fatta bene....i balconi sporchi sporchi polvere ovunque.... Il reparto piscina diciamo carino animazione poca e un po' moscia!...la struttura diciamo che é una struttura per persone più adulte x ragazzi cm noi nn molto carina!!...xò diciamo Ke ci siamo riposati!!....

è spiacevole davvero, in effetti è la prima volta chìho incontrato cameriere cosi pigre e maleducate , oltre che rozze, hanno perso pure una maglia. Il personale in reception come quella bionda riccia o quella coi capelli rosa, sono antipèatiche ,non salutano e volevano imbrogliare sul prezzo della spa, solo il portiere è più educato .Le bici sono praticamente inesistenti, dato che c'è n'era solo una vecchia col sedile troppo alto. Le cameriere facevano perder sonno , perchè svegliavano troppo presto al mattino, se no non facevano la camera, in effetti a noi 3 volte su 6 non ce l'hanno fatta, dato che erano sfaticate e sparivano prima dell'orario ffino a quando dovevano star, in camere non ci si poteva seder sulla sedia della scrivania, perchè era stata bloccata dal terzo letto, per cui la stanza era strettissima, non c'era neanche la finestra in bagno e nemmeno un tavolino fuori. Non ci torneremo più.

Oltre il pessimo cibo e la struttura fatiscente, la cosa che rende il tutto grottesco è il livello infimo dell'animazione. Musica pessima, vecchia e ripetitiva, sparata a palla a qualsiasi orario senza tener conto del fastidio enorme arrecato non solo agli ospiti ma credo a tutto il circondario. Non capisco com'è che i vigili urbani non l'abbiano già fatto chiudere. E sorvoliamo sulla "professionalità" del capo animatore.... 😒 BASTAAA!!

Appena rientrata con uscita anticipata dall'hotel per non trascorrere un'ulteriore nottata in bianco. Hotel fatiscente, camere orrende e piene di insetti. Colazione pessima e chiedo scusa ai camerieri bravissimi. Piscina minuscola e non continuo perché non ne ho proprio voglia. Non ci metterò mai più piede.

Weekend fantastico con la mia famiglia al Cristallo Hotel. Siamo stati a dir poco coccolati da Pasquale (Direttore) con i suoi collaboratori Franco & Franco che hanno accontentato tutte le nostre voglie gastronomiche. E complimenti allo chef! Come non ringraziare Agostino, il nostro intrattenitore diurno e serale (bagnino, showman, cabarettista, disk jockey e chi più ne ha più ne metta) che ha fatto divertire come non mai le mie bambine e anche noi adulti. E infine le receptionist, sempre disponibili e solari. Grazie a tutti. Davvero un weekend “cristallino” da ricordare. Da consigliare e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Peccato non ci siamo la sesta stella. A presto Cristallo

La struttura ha ospitato il nostro gruppo scolastico a giugno. Il personale era molto accogliente e molto disponibile. Il luogo è ben attrezzato : ci sono una piscina a sfioro, un babyfoot, un video proiettore con uno schermo, l'hotel è situato a pochi passi dal mare.
